  • because the Company won't even communicate about the company. Just look at the pathetic volume of late and the weak share price. No one is wanting to invest in the company and it is the company's fault for not communicating with its investors. How sorry is that? We don't have to know "final" results. Just tell us how things are progressing, how the future is looking, what the interest is internationally in the product(s), where we stand on the EAP application, how much longer is it going to take to get Middle East registrations completed, WHO THE HELL THE CARDIAC PARTNER IS, how is the new sales staff working out and have they begun selling in Germany again. The company knows the answers to all these questions. The question is: "WHY ARE THEY SO AFRAID TO COMMUNICATE SUCH GUIDANCE WITH THEIR INVESTORS?". This company has lost all of its momentum generated with moving to the NASDAQ and management must take responsibility for that. Am I selling any shares? HELL NO!!! But management seems to be failing us investors of late.

I would be shocked if the competitors do not already know. Each one of the competitors already knows they are not the partner. I'm sure they have had dialogue about what Cytosorbents will bring to the market and have by deduction figured out who Cytosorbents is working with. Secret is being kept too long as C and partner should be WELL into the second phase.

luvboats...it has been almost 3 months since those statements by Chan. For the life of m I just cannot understand why this "so-called" cardiac partner remains anonymous. First, there has to be a paper trail of meetings, transfer of products, the registration of the product, the clinical usage phase which surely must be underway by now. How could all of these events remain "invisible? And the biggest question of all is "Why would there be a need for all this anonyminity in the first place? In my mind, the fact that the two companies still see a need not to disclose the identity of the cardiac partner after all this time is a sign that this partnership is already faultering. Please prove me wrong. Secrets are usually devisive.

dhc...WHY would you post such a comment? It is quite extreme. While I would absolutely LOVE it, to expect such a change in 3 weeks is silly. JMHO.

Thanks, mr_Punchinello. I wasn't sure but could not figure why the company would set up the new webpage with pictures of sales reps they had already fired. That is kind of weird and maybe "sloppy" on the part of the company employee overseeing the creation of the new web page.

  • The old web link to the company website is now inactive except for more recent news articles and a link to the new webpage. On the New CTSO web page they have 4 Regional sales managers for the 4 territories in Germany with photos but bios not added yet. Are these the old sales reps or the new ones? Anyone know? If they are the new sales staff, Q3 could present a really good turnaround for the second half of this year and those who have been buying shares on the down swing (myself included) should see some really nice returns on our investments.

Have you considered that Russo left because he was no longer needed? You asked who else could design and run a cardiac trial. What about our new cardiac partner, which should be unveiled any week now. CTSO and our "un-named cardiac partner have been evaluating each other for 6 months now. Time to STEP FORWARD. Another PR coming soon which should be well received.

hofno...I totally agree with you. The potential for this company, assuming everything plays out, is incredible. It is just that the company needs to get through the hurdles before competitors try to enter the market or the Chinese produce a knockoff product ignoring our patents. I think the addition to the Russell Index is a reality check for us that this is a very credible company with a bright future. There are tens of thousands of other small cap companies that could have been chosen over CTSO for the Index but the analysts at the Russell were swayed by the potential of our filters. Five years from now I think you will see that your numbers are very conservative (especially if we are able to bring a second or third product to the market). Assuming no future splits, I believe the stock price will hit $500 per share by 2020. Of course the reality is that the company will do one or more stock splits by then to increase the number of shares and keep the stock price accessible to more smaller investors. Thanks for your continued optimism. I must take some time to look at some of your other holdings.

Definitely not market fluctuation going on. Cytosorbents stock price has lost 62% of its value since it high of $15.24 around 3 months ago. That is serious, folks!!! Management needs to come clean, unlike what they did last earnings report with the bombshell "oh we forgot to tell you we laid off our sales staff so we are not selling product in our strongest market anymore"!

If this does not get management's attention or the attention of Investor Relations, then we must have a real problem brewing. We all think everything is going great, but maybe there is information we are not being made aware of? Does not look good to the major institutional investors and some may take their money off the table to cut losses. If they do not start supporting the stock price in some way we may be flirting with being delisted by the NASDAQ! Things were looking so good for a company that went from a penney/OTC stock to the Nasdaq in December and now is being added to the Russell Microcap. Hell, Investor Relations has not even seen it noteworthy to issue a PR about the Russell, which for a company that was a penney stock 7 months ago is really a significant achievement!!! It is time for some answers!!! Everyone needs to email or call investor relations and demand to know #$%$ is going on.

  • I cannot find any references where the company has confirmed that they have submitted for the EAP, only that they are looking into it. Can anyone expand on this? I think many are thinking we have already applied for this, but I am not really sure that is the case yet.

baroque....while I agree we are stagnant right now, I truly believe that the company will be releasing their PR to review the annual meeting early next week, possibly Monday. Whether it will make any impact will just depend on if they provide any updates. Keep your spirits up. By the end of this year I think we will all know we have a WINNER here. If I am right, I will finally be financially secure and able to retire early next year!
