There are a few things I can think of to discuss. "Management is continuing to work tirelessly to address these important filings and believes that the Company will soon be in a position to report the validation of our growth, via public filings."
For instance, have you noticed how M&M can be kind of the "in your face" type of guys? When the existence of some of their customers was challenged, they came back with a letter to set the record straight. Not only, they said, were they customers, they still are. And when Speranza's name was associated with websites for those customers? They come out with a deal for Speranza's "Rockstar" to open kiosks for them. None to worried, are they?
Or how about when Stolar brings Norton onboard at Getfugu, and the agreement with SpongeTech is rescinded the day after that? Bye-bye, guys. May have been unrelated to M&M. But I doubt it.
And Patch? Another topic. I saw where he posted yesterday that there is much more damning evidence against SpongeTech, but that it is not public yet. Pretty serious. So I asked him, if it wasn't public yet, why did he know about it?
And also, how about GetFugu, post Stolar? Chances revived for that 1:100 stock dividend we speculated about in December 2009? (Which would mean we have about 525m outstanding shares, by the way). And how much might those shares appreciate in a few weeks, once the new CEO, Mike Solomon, makes his "blockbuster" announcement? (Which seems to be related to major brand proposals being accepted by certain of the Fortune 100 companies)
Finally, I see some of our fellow longs suggesting that they are expecting to hear good news, rather imminently. Merge, then reverse merge, for instance. But a good time to remember what management has said on the subject (repeatedly, unfortunately). "Management is continuing to work tirelessly to address these important filings and believes that the Company will soon be in a position to report the validation of our growth, via public filings.
It is my belief that this is why they plead guilty, knowing the odds were stacked against them.
I'd give it another week to 10 days and there will be light at the end of the tunnel.
Give it another week to 10 days and check back here.
