I think they have multiple irons in the fire and are attempting to effectively manage the release of information. Fingers crossed, but I am hoping for a PR blitz over the next 6 months. ODD, study results, etc. They have a lot going on, and one things is for sure Punit likes attention and can spin information in a good, way. Today we closed at .30, which on the weekly has only happened 10 times in the last year. Good things to come.
That guy is nuts. But the moment he shows up here I know I will be rich. I'm going to start buying whatever he is bashing and make some serious cash.
Honestly, I can't wait until this board turns to dung. That will mean this has rocketed up and we will all have made some good money. Shorts will be scared and will resort to pathetic bashing as they get burned.
If you think about it, the application for ALI is a single incident, people aren't followed over time. They have a clot, need the TPA/MST-188 procedure, and data is then gathered. So 15 months seems about right. The study is designed for a very specific population, hence ODD, so the number of potential study participants is quite small. 15 Months from February 2014 puts it Mid 2015.
Go to their website. Click on their Investor page. Then "Events Presentations." On top of the page you will see their Corporate Presentation (October 8th). On slide 26 it gives you the information you want.
Study starts Q1 2014, and per their presentation will take up to 15 months. That will put it out mid 2015. ALI indication is much larger than SS and success will mean entry into other Peripheral Artery Disease applications. People can't seem to get past the SS study and don't take into account the significance of the ALI application.
The money is in the ALI indication, not SS. Once the trial starts, ALI results are in early to mid 2015.
All P2 results should be out by the fall of next year. If the results from the studies that recently concluded are good I would expect a more significant run up into each subsequent data release. Initial trial results will determine how long I hold.
Traders will call this "dead money" for the next 6 months, but thats alright. I'll take a 10 bagger in 24 months without the stress of having to trade out of stocks multiple times.
I would also add that the collaborations with major universities lends further credibility to their data. Any company can come out and say they were successful, but by publishing datal in peer reviewed journals and at national conferences, their data is put out for the scientific and medical community to scrutinize. You wouldn't do this unless you are confident in your study design, data analysis and results. If what you have conveyed from the call is accurate, we are good to go!
And the poor will always be poor while the rich get richer. You don't become wealthy without risk. Everything, from starting your own company to investing requires significant risk. You have to research your position and make a decision. In the last 2 years I have invested in FNMA, ALU, TGTX, INO, KERX, OPK, CPRX, and BAC. And while I hate to say it, I have taken 10-20% profits on each and moved on. Take a look at their charts and you can see their returns over the last 24 months. If I had the resolve to trust my DD and put my $$ behind it, I would be posting from the Cayman Islands and not Washington State. But when it comes down to it, you have to take risks if you want to get ahead and you have to do your DD to improve your odds of choosing a winner. Can't be emotional, trust your research and let it ride.
