More likely you will see a statement that NAVB is in financial trouble and has been forced to take drastic measures and this will have severe impact to the equity value of the common.
My guess is the pharma will be Timbuktu Powders. A very obscure company in Mali that specializes in various East North Central African dried and crushed berries, barks and roots. It only trades on the daily street markets when you can find a corner dealer.
They are going to report 'Statistically Significant" responses in rodent trials of 10 and 20 rats. Then they will say we expect to have pivotal trials beginning in 2017 with rapid progress to FDA approvals by 2020. Translated that means we need 200 million dollars and Brent's options to continue in business for the next 4 years when we will have to ask for more.
""intends to vigorously defend against these claims."" OMFG How many times have I heard that?????? It reall doesn't make any difference. The brick dust has been spread at the entrance. Almost certainity that delisting will occur.

I had received numerous emails from retail investors who said they were planning to call in and ask questions. If anyone did call in and was kept on hold please drop me a note and let me know. I'm curious whether or not there was a deliberate attempt to screen out those pesky retail shareholders who were behind those 70 million votes..."""
A company that excludes active shareholders from con calls has no trust. More loans at 14 per cent???? Plus the current debt??? Pretty quick that will eat any profits.
De-listing will cause millions of sales that shorts can use. Lack of profits and dilution will give shorts more ammunition.
There is most obviously something seriously wrong here. Revenues cannot keep pace with mismanagement and the market knows it.
