I can't attend the con call

Wow, bulldozer, good job. I'm not used to seeing intelligent posts on this board. Finally Hpto allowed a caller to address the elephant in the room - how is HPTO going to raise more money. Obviously, that is the reason the share price has plummeted to 10 cents. Management should be eager to address the issue to calm down the sellers. Yet, it seems they have been avoiding the one question that is foremost on the minds of investors. I've tried to call in a couple of times just to ask that question and the operator pretended I wasn't there. So, after shooting off some angry emails to the investor contact, I stopped trying.

I was encouraged with the response given by JL and Eldad. They really didn't seem at all concerned about it. They came off very confident that the issue would be resolved. Now, it would even be better if management was using their own money to buy some shares at this level, but that hasn't happened as far as I can tell. Of course, it could be they are restrained from buying shares as they have knowledge of material undisclosed information. In any event, that is an interesting idea you mentioned about a partnership. I just hope they have a few options to choose from so we don't get hosed because we are desperate for money. The caller was right. Graphon has a long history of broken promises. Even this new management has missed some deadlines (we still don't have an Android version) though it certainly has been much more credible. Yet, Steve Ledger took off and no one really knows why. But, Eldad did sound determined and confident they were going to make this happen. I have a good feeling they are going to make something happen, even if it might not be the home run I was hoping for.

Apparently, you are conning yourself tracey since you failed to sell when it was over $9. Tracey, you are all talk and no action. YOU don't even believe yourself.

I believe that idea may be what is driving the price up. This dividend may be a precursor of a sale of the business. This way the buyer doesn't have to come up with more money just to buy the cash in the business. The potential buyer may have requested Aware to leave just enough working capital for the business to operate. Or, maybe Stafford wanted some extra cash to do another private deal of his own - who knows?

As usual, you talk in very vague general terms that leaves people scratching their heads but the gist of your statement has been true for quite a while now. Yet, the feature that makes hopTo stand out from the rest is that it is 100% compatible with Office documents while still being tablet user friendly. Moreover, if a client wants to pay for it, hopTo can work the same magic with any legacy software. As long as people want point and click desktop software to create documents while having the option to have tablet access to the same software to edit or create these same documents, hopTo can offer an extremely valuable uniquely user friendly solution to make that happen. Currently, there is no other technology like it that will work on any desktop software on any platform. Generally speaking, the ones that will most appreciate the advantages of the hopTo technology are those that place a high value on maintaining a personal cloud, i.e., the medium and large enterprises. This is why hopTo is going all in on hopTo Work. It appears hopTo is cutting out all consumer advertising and development of new releases on the consumer product to save valuable funds to spend on developing hopTo Work as quickly as possible. hopTo Work is where the money is.

It is a little strange that the hopTo webinar is scheduled for July 9 and the next Secret Caps newsletter is coming out July 10. There might be a relationship there.

I'm a little relieved the basher on this stock is just a clown. I was concerned something new came to market not foreseen. But if that happened, the volume would be over 10 million, not 1 milion. No question that some large initial investor has lost faith or got themselves in a financial bind. Also, there is also no question that hopTo is going to need some money from somewhere. The new CFO was clearly brought in with a plan to deal with that issue.

nohparg, no large enterprise, and few medium size businesses, are going to put all their proprietary documents in the public cloud on OneDrive. LOL. Get a clue. They will want a private cloud scenario but not public. You are just a mountain of silly opinions with no facts to back them up, coming here to just bash the stock for whatever reason. I have given you several chances to say something intelligent and you struck out. You are on ignore.

That "news" is very old and was dealt with many posts ago. nohparg, you clearly don't know what you are talking about. I guess, according to you, all the other storage services should just pack up and go home. Everyone will go to OneDrive to get the Microsoft product (it isn't free by the way). The other storage services would never think of partnering with hopTo (as did Egnyte) to compete with Microsoft - that would be crazy. Does the Microsoft product have all the features to be incorporated in hopTo Work? hopTo was never meant for the consumer; it was always about the small businesses and the large enterprises.
