Wally, your message board creativity was never great, but is now MIA. An appointment for corrective counseling can be arranged. See nurse Ratched in her office following your morning meds.
Intel is so DEEP into what might be and could be that they have forgotten about what needs to,be.
"Reportedly discussing?" That and $1.85 will get you a tall dark at Starbucks in Arcata (as you know there isn't a Starbucks in Willow Creek).
Al Roker--the weather guy--discussing supercomputers on the Today Show? I'll bet the audience was mesmerized by his analysis of Ivy Bridge nodes and sockets.
Wally says "we want to get our board back." Translation: I went to be in charge of this board.
Wake up and smell the pine trees, Wally. There no board to get back. You and your 31,000+ angry posts destroyed it a long time ago.
"I guess some people think running their big mouths on a financial message board makes America safer."
I guess it takes one to know one, Wallly--31,000+ posts and counting.
Rumor has it that he's going to be on Dancing With The Stars.
Wallisweaver, please report to nurse Ratched, STAT. The man from Roto Rooter is here for your lobotomy.
"We the people . . .see (Intel) . . .as a balanced and noble investment."
Now there's a money-making strategy! That and $1.95 will get you a cup of coffee at Starbucks.
"Assuming there won't be any further delays" . . .? "But should everything go to plan" . . .?
Not exactly a foolproof recipe for ARM "toast."
It took eight years and more than 31,000 posts, but he finally did it. He has now fallen into the abyss of the deranged-- channeling Don Rickles and Googling personal insults whole condemning others for their "content-free" posts.
The day-to-day stock price isn't what AE is is talking about. It's about being tired of waiting for Intel to prove it is worthy of a higher stock price, and being ready to dump the stock if he hears more downward guidance for the near- and distant future. Can you blame him?
Oh, my! Three thumbs down. But I understand. Being reminded that you have been sitting on dead money for as long as twelve years (and could be sitting there even longer) is a painful experience. Just ask wallisweaver.
If Intel guides lower for the quarter or year. Says Intel may succeed, but cost of waiting for that to happen, i.e. lost opportunity cost, isn't worth hanging around. Love him or hate him, he makes a good point: even after its recent run higher, the stock price is no higher than it was twelve years ago.
"If I had a penny for every brain cell you have I'd be broke."
Wally: Judging from your investment skills you're there already.
Paging wallisweaver. The doctor is ready for your lobotomy. Nurse Ratched will administer the anesthesia.
I can't believe I'm saying this, but I agree with wally on this one. Shut off the supply of immigrants from Mexico and agriculture, landscaping and the hotel industry will collapse. For most legals it's more profitable to collect welfare, food stamps and all the freebies that go with it. Why work when you can collect the equivalent of 40K for not working?
