  • Carboplatin reduces the effectiveness of bavituximab by suppressing PS exposure. When combined only with taxane based chemotherapy, the results are staggering. It's why the Her2-Neg breast IST results in combo with only Paclitaxel have been so effective and why the Docetaxel regimen in 2nd line NSCLC will be the new SOC in 2016. It's really that simple.

  • But the good news looks to be coming around 4/28. Next week or 2 could be a slaughter. Buckle up.

What's with all the volume the past month? This one is usually very calm. Strange trading activity. Any whispers out there?

Congratulations. You've all had to endure the vomit of the keyboard from the likes of Fiduciary Doozy, Antwan Hackamoora, Silverbacka$$kicker and their evil cohort but if you are long this stock you have officially beaten them. Buckle up longs, this will be the best 2 months of your life. This will be my 2nd to last post ever. In exactly 60 days I will post again. It will say "I told you so". Life's too short to dwell on Fargo. Lets move on and enjoy it. Bavi works. Period.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Anyone else think it's interesting that he#$%$ was born in September 2010 and began bashing relentlessly for years. This was 2 months after the 2nd line trial started enrolling and he#$%$ is apparently part of an organized cartel along with Dr. Schwartz and Fargo criminals who were trying to bring down PPHM in an attempt to preserve BMY pipelines. They failed though. PPHM is about to get their revenge.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

So I will tell you what's gonna happen. In the next 5 trading days, someone is going to write a negative article on PPHM. It will present you with the single, best buying opportunity you will ever have in your life in any stock.

You don't "get it". There are probably only a few million shorts who will get burned. The major increase was made by the same funds who had shares delivered to them on June 28. Similar to shorting into a pipe. I guarantee the next short interest will be down by some 5 million+ shares.

Doozy, why did you start all of the sudden posting about "we" this and "we" that. Is that a subtle hint to your boss that if you go down, the whole thing goes down with you?

It's a high risk investment. That's the nature of the sector. Most biotech start-up companies don't even make it this far. I'm not a fan of management but to sit here for thousands of hours complaining isn't helping anyone. Don't flatter yourself. People on these message boards aren't looking to you for counsel, Mr. Doozy/Antwan/

How many hours of your life have you guys wasted posting negative FUD instilling rants about one of the smallest companies in the healthcare sector. Why?

Vinmantoo, I still stand by my prediction that PPHM will have a greater market cap than SNTA by the end of the summer. Don't fight the signs. Going concern removed now will allow the big boys to take this sucker in the 1B+ range in months.

Well, it was being rigged to move big in one direction. I just picked the wrong one. C'est la vie. Still a week left though. One question. Did they file the NDA with phase II data or is there some phase III data available?

So I looked back at your replies and apparently you think I'm some troll named birdballs. I'm not. I have a small position on the short side via puts because I've seen this done too many times before. Never posted here...don't get paid, but I know how to read a chart. This stock will be at $70 within two weeks. I don't think it will crash and burn to $10. And when they tank it, the smart money will probably buy it in bulk. Hey, 3 breakthrough designations is nothing short of impressive. But 2.3 million shorts have about $200 million to cover and it ain't gonna be in the mid $80s. Don't hate me, man. I'm just looking at the facts and placing a bet on the short side.

No need to be rude. They gapped it open on July 1st and look where the smart money went...out the door. Chaikin Money flow and OBV dropped out of a plane. I don't like it, but it looks like it's gonna happen. Bought some $75 July puts...not because I don't like PCYC's pipeline, but because the game is rigged and horrible. Don't ignore the signs, man.

  • jcmoneystox by jcmoneystox Jul 7, 2013 1:24 PM Flag

They will have a lot more in common in 2 weeks, unfortunately. How these #$%$ get away with tanking a cancer stock is beyond me. They should all burn. I expect the stock to open around $64 Monday.

Dr. Vinmantoo is still bitter about his SNTA investment that he was too naive to see as a failure when their Cheif Medical Officer left 6 weeks after being hired. The stock, very predictably, tanked 50% and I made a chunk of change of the SNTA bagholders. PPHM may not be a proven commodity yet, but I'd much rather have my eggs in this basket

Uhhhhh...because they want to run a phase III trial by the end of the year and they're dropping their share price like a rock by using the ATM. But I guess you're right. Why sign a partner when you can just reprice the options next year lower. Ugh.

    The problem with consolidation

Trust me when I say that me having patience has nothing to do with it. If there were a patience meter, I would be at the top. I'll give you an example. CYTK just had Amgen agree to purchase $10 million worth of their stock for $1.19. The week prior to the announcement, money flow was up, Accumulation line was up, Chaikin money flow was up...all indicating that something positive was happening as money was moving into the stock. The exact opposite is happening to PPHM. Maybe the big money's waiting for the front-line results, but it's not coming into PPHM yet.

  • Is that every 3 months the stock price stays the same without a partner and cash infusion, the company is burning another $3-6 million and another 3-5 million shares are issued. So even though the stock is the same price, the company's assets are declining while the share count is rising. Even with a partner, the share price could go up 50%, but that only gets the price per share to where it was 3 weeks ago.

Something doesn't add up here. There should be big money pouring into this stock, but A/D shows huge money outflows. I love the potential, but simply can't ignore the facts that point to something unexpectedly bad happening soon.
