  • Since I've had a few threats about "snitches get stitches" and even "libocceclub" lost control once and called me a "Rat", I have had increased security in place.
    ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
No one has threatened you goldenboy with " snitches get stitches" post? Never happened. If I did it would have been re-posted already. Don't you know retayl101 by now?
I don't threaten I just love to call out liars and cheats and swindlers. By snitching on the company "surprise" you got fired from yet another job. See what happens? Do you see a trend? Your bogus claim of " I didn't want to be thrust in the middle of this" and " I'm doing this so other customers don't get ripped off " is pure hogwash.
And when you claim to live in a paid off spacious house with a pool where you often lay your carcass when in fact it is 1300 sq ft house that could use some landscaping help it just further illustrates how you are a fake. There is nothing wrong with a 1300 sq ft house so why pretend?
When you go to trial you should call as a character witness retayl101 and screwedbyjcp. That would be too funny and something you would probably do. retayl101 would be exposed as a former Cat Merch Store owner who has posted negative on JCPenney for a dozen years. And screwedbyjcp who plans bankruptcy parties while collecting pension checks.
JCPenney has been a part of my life for 30 years and I'm not gonna let some traveling gypsy man try to swindle and slander without giving it right back to you. So go ahead keep lying.

Hey libo have you noticed tongue man has been a little edgy lately?

  • jcpenneyman85 by jcpenneyman85 Aug 21, 2014 8:31 PM Flag

Don't be frightened, embarrassed or shamed. You have TunnelBear no one will ever know about you owning a JCP Cat Merch store while shorting JCPenney. It's all good. Everybody does it.
And rest assured you're not the first man to marry a 45 year old divorced woman with a 18 year old son. At age 28 that took some guts. I commend you for taking on that responsibility. Most men would feel awkward taking their son just 10 years older to college. How did the story go? "In 1976 I bought gas for .19 cents a gallon on the way to taking my son to SIU. "
I miss your posts though some poster named tngenchek has taken your place. Your styles are amazingly similar. Referencing our 8-K and 10-K. He too wishes we would think outside the box more as a company. God bless you retayl101 and may the lord be with you and your 83 year old wife as you enter the twilight years.

Taking care of Business Priority #1

    by jcpenneyman85 Aug 20, 2014 11:22 PM

We lost money on your transaction.

  • My company has surprised me lately. It's learning that it is not wise to fill up the stockroom and fire exit stairwells with merchandise that never sees the light of day till it's marked down. There was a time when the fire marshal had better be a good friend or your store would risk a citation or worse shutdown.
I also like that exceptions to coupon usage when properly enforced limit the dreadful ones who shall I say legally pilfer and waste your time.
Customer service has always been a priority but I can't say everyone should be treated the same. Our customers #1 priority is to get the lowest price possible. My #1 priority is asset control. I take my job very seriously and I do everything in my power to give the customer exactly what they ask for. If they don't ask we don't give. I tell my peeps if you're doing your job correctly not everybody is getting the same deal. That's good for us. Good for the shareholders. Don't give someone something they didn't expect.
That's how our gross profit will increase. That along with excluding coupon usage on half the store with Big Buys and Doorbusters during peak times. Have you noticed we've been having a lot of Doorbuster and Big Buys lately?
Invite them in. Break their heart.

Oh really? Besides Home Depot and JCPenney? From Boston to St. Pete up and down the east coast Bob Blatchford / aka jcpgoldenboyi keeps lawyers busy.

  • You know for someone who seeks the truth and hates deception you would think you'd like to clear up a few matters. You've never addressed the lawsuit against your former employer Home Depot. Being the victim you claim to be in both lawsuits have you ever stopped to ponder that maybe, just maybe the fault lies at your feet? Trouble follows you doesn't it? Maybe you were sued because your history of playing the somebody done somebody wrong song has caught up to you.
I'm not convinced you are idiot you claim to be. But by chance you are enjoy your unemployment and I hope you saved a lot of money. And by the way your grass needs cutting.

*** WARNING*** do not hire Bob Blatchford aka jcpgoldenboy History of Lawsuits

It's not me and my kind you should concern yourself about. It's been love on a two way street. If you had character and integrity your attention would be on the jcpgoldenboys. Those that seek vindication for their failures. I do understand why you keep the company you keep though. It's what you know.

Hey goldilocks. I've got a question. Sorry to take you away from laying it out poolside at your incredibly spacious 1300 sq ft house. What is the case number of the lawsuit JCPenney has brought against you? I'm sure I'm not the only poster that would like to follow along.
And what was the disposition of the Robert E. Blatchford verses Home Depot lawsuit case,# 08-5833-CI-019, filed in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida that alleges numerous instances of employee abuse including; harassment, falsification of company documents, forgery and retaliation.

Everything I post is 100% based loosely on the facts. At least I can honestly say I never own a store and shorted it at the same time.

Often because of his prostrate problems, it shrivels up before he can finish urinating. After another masterful Beetle Dump it was back to greeting and watching cherup faced vacationers and their dinghies push the local people deeper.
I've always liked the names Aaron Toporsky and the other guys name that reports out of the White House. His name ends or sounds like it ends in skee. Like Jim Bo Chu chef sky. skee. Help me out here.
I opened the door and waffling in I saw a garden of plants gone to seed. Where do we go from here? That's what she said. I see her three more times before I leave. It's a three bagger day. Somebody got taken. Not her. She did alright. It was a shopper but what just happened? She should thank me and us and Ask to come in. The fleecing is just terrible.
Some time last week you may have heard Faithful publicly for the first time to my knowledge that her boyfriend The Count, delivered the smack that killed Jim in Paris.

One more thing before I fall back asleep. I recommend the law firm Dewey, Cheatum, and Howell.

(As far as the Robert Blatchford that is in your original post, which is widely known public info, I have nothing to say about him.)
