Is there any truth to that? is there anyone in the brokerage industry who can confirm that? I have a margin account and have been holding approx 45K shs since MSBT days. If I put in a sell order at, say $50, are you saying that the MMs have to cover to remain legal, if they have "used" my shares to short?

Many big public companies send them as an accompaniment with the annual report as a lead off and present the CEO's own thoughts of the upcoming quarter/year. So yes...I don't see why they would stop.
I'm showing a ttm sales(annual) of $288.5M, which comes out to be $24M/mo....correct me if I'm wrong....not an expert on why institutions would hold 99.7%, but am curious
the IRS's 30 day wash rule - that is, you have to wait 30 days to buy this back in order to claim the loss on your return for 2014. Happy New Year!
