Someone affiliated with the company who doesn't want to get delisted any earlier than necessary. They want to keep this POS floating in the bowl for as long as possible so they continue to pull in their monthly paychecks until they need to file for unemployment after bankruptcy.
germanman, did you pump the price up to $1.10 based on a $1,100 investment in a thousand shares? Or was that Jesse? Or perhaps both of you?
My guess is somebody affiliated with the company is trying to prop this up in the midst of the news that bankruptcy a distinct probability. Jesse and his crew of highly paid imbecile executives want to milk this for as long as they possibly can, because he won't be able to earn a fraction of what he does now in a future job.
Hahahahahahah!!!!!!! Whenever somebody says trading is easy (aka "taking candy from a baby" you know they don't have any idea what they're talking about). CYA!!!
Sentiment: Strong Buy
14.6 million shares to cover. That's a lot of rocket fuel.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Short traders provide zero value to companies, the economy, or anybody else for that matter. They are parasites, pure and simple. I have more respect for drug dealers. At least they provide a product to people. Now they're trying to paint the tape and get it below the 50 DMA after hours. They are trying as hard as they can.
And sucks the life out of it like a Vampire Squid.
Can some of the long-term holders provide any detail on how management has flaked out in the past?
Definitely English as a second language. One of the five IDs that gercooler uses to give thumbs down on posts that don't shill this POS.
Down on 30K volume. Watch it come back up by the end of the day. I wish these parasitic short traders would just go away. They provide no value to companies, the market, or society at large. I have more respect for drug dealers.
I think the German is propping up the stock price, not flipping for pennies. Majesco used to have a partnership with the now defunct cdv Software Entertainment Ag, which was based in Frankfurt. From the boilerplate, "cdv offers its customers a wide range of sales-promoting methods and an extensive, professional marketing and promotion service from a single source." I wouldn't doubt if this guy was working either directly or indirectly with Majesco to prop up the price. Perhaps the relationship started when he worked for cdv. Pure speculation on my part ...
I worked there, too, briefly, and felt like the life was being sucked right out of me. Where else on earth would conference calls of 100+ people be routine?
IBM buys up innovative companies and then smothers the innovation within them - the very thing that makes them valuable. I left voluntarily because I didn't want to work for The Borg.
Look at the math. Now you know that when this guy pumps, it's time to bail. Another all-time multi-year LOW for COOL. Here come the pinks ...
He's pumped each quarter exactly the same - great new products, huge sellers, blah blah blah - and he has never ever EVER admitted that he got it all completely wrong. NOT ONCE. But let's give him one more chance. Gercooler, you've made huge, repeated mistakes in your predictions for COOL over the past several years that would have resulted in a 95%+ loss of capital investment, YES OR NO?
