Any search of solar panel cleaning equipment will turn up literally hundreds of images in the blink of an eye with machines cleaning utility scale solar farms. Don't be such an idiot. I just did it a second ago. We all know the answer except you because your ask is too lazy to type 20 letters and push enter. Yahoo doesn't let you post links otherwise I'd post one just to shut your ask up.

In relation to the cost of the facility and the power produced, a pittance. It's not a high tech job and depending on the location, extremely cheap labor can be utilized or even robots. FSLR holds very few solar installations.

Judging how a POTUS travels in relation to GW seems a bit absurd. Their position requires constant travel, separately or together. In the big scheme of things, the 35 gigatons humans dump into the atmosphere every year, it's less than a grain of sand. Policy is what could make a huge difference.
The DOD is devoting huge sums to prepare for the effects of GW. Might want to check into it.

It hasn't hit $100 in almost four years. If they have a couple more quarters like the last two, it won't hit 65, let alone 100. Hard to believe that will happen if all their lines are operating at full capacity and they're sold out for 2015. I think the efficiency gains in the last few quarters are going to start making a big difference in their order book. It's almost a no brainer comparatively speaking, especially in hot and humid climates.
Yieldco is taking revenues from bottom line now, but they're still there and will be realized later. Efficiencies are the big story here, 16.3%.
