After the short course on how and when to use apostrophes, you can go across the hall and discover the appropriate uses and spellings of there, their and they're.
So you pumpers don't see that as a problem, that the stock price has been under $1 since May 6? You must be more than bored; you must be catatonic.
Minimum Trading Price
Once a stock is listed, its price is determined by public trading on the NYSE floor, where bids to buy and offers to sell are matched. The stock's price fluctuates as investors assess its worth. NYSE stocks must maintain a minimum price of $1 per share.
If a listed stock closes or ends the trading day below $1 for 30 consecutive days, it is a candidate for delisting or removal from NYSE trading. The NYSE typically suspends trading in the stock after the 30th day that it averages below $1 per share. This happened to Eastman Kodak in January 2012, when it fell toward bankruptcy.
Cel-Sci can report results anytime it has them. Companies report interim results on trials all the time. Cel-Sci just reported what it believes to be interim results from Hungary. C'mon, wait another six to twelve months? That would be SIX YEARS since the start of the trial. Some of the initial enrollees might have died of old age by that time.
the word "demonstrably," I looked up the answers to the questions he and other pumpers refused to answer. Cel-Sci engineered a 1:10 stock split in September of 2013. The share price went from 20 cents to $2 as a result. The next day, the stock fell to $1.82. It is now under 70 cents, which means investors have in two years lost nearly 60 percent.
The phase III trial begin in 2010. To my knowledge, there have been no patient results reported. You would think that in five years, someone might have been dosed and survived, or even gone into remission, or died, or whatever. Instead, you get reports that Serbia has allowed enrollment and everything is progressing nicely.
If you go to the FDA website and look up this study, the status reported is "Currently Recruiting" and "No Study Results Posted." After five years, they are still recruiting and have no results to report?
Oh, I do. But I'm not Freaky. Do a little more digging and you'll find I've been around long before Freaky invented himself. Then you can avoid being demonstrably wrong over and over again.
So neither of you know what the pre-split price was? Oh, and sorry about that dollar. I guess the stock has only lost 20 percent of its value since May, not 40 percent.
the more they cover stocks I hold, the more I realize their analyses are pretty shallow. This morning's report, for instance, doesn't reflect Lymphoseek's expanded label uses. MF thinks Lymphoseek is only used in two cancers. Not good work.
Yet it's still around. This stock is older than the combined age of both my cars, and shows the same return on investment.
