Would a 1.05/1 stock split bring about the dividend payout benefits you see here without some of the downsides entailed in a cash payout?
Am in total agreement. As for stock split being a dividend that's my point. A non taxed dividend that doesn't afflict CAPX and if done yearly creates more liquidity. Yes this would create some dilution, but it would be preferable to the ongoing dilution that is being caused by insider "gifting." TGE did this for years with a predictable outcome of 5% dilution to be followed by 5% decline in PPS, but in fact the stock always traded up after the additional shares hit investor accounts. We seem to agree this is not a necessary catalyst for this stock only a benign alternative for those who demand a dividend. Noticed additional decline in $11.55 inventory and remain puzzled as to why this sale has been conducted this way. Just my $.02.
Would "customers" imply more than one company? If Amazon announced 20% more kindles were purchased in 2013 compared to 2012,would you need the name of each purchaser so as not to doubt the authenticity of the pr?
MM has already given shorts ample opportunity to cover @ support. I would like to think that the ones that consistently trade profitably already did. He is not accumulating any meaningful inventory with these tactics, time to run her up.
Funds? Currently @53% institutional ownership. Add in insider holdings and then with or without a dividend, where would anymore fund participants find the shares?
I read both of them, weather they are right or not is not the issue here. They both have enough readership to move positions I am in or alert me to positions I could take that will move on their advice. The quality of their advice usually immaterial.
Sorry, Yahoo won't let me paste, easy enough to find anyhow. There is a post, "Volvo delivers 35 nat gas powered trucks to Supervalue." posted 12/12 by matarburros. I think this is better news for CMT than it will ever be for CLNE. Any thoughts?
Not to even want to step between you two, but did you happen to see those 2 large mkt orders midday. Quite a nice surprise.
pens. I am in rural Alaska, your 5AM is my 4am, market closes here at noon giving enough daylight to go caribou hunting after the light comes back.around mid Jan. I was referring to the 2 25k blocks right around 11 and 4 more in the 10to 15k range in the next 10 mins.
jumpy, have you considered GE, seriously, They seem to be everything you want CMT to be w/substantial upside and no liquidity issues.
