    Share buyback continues.....

They bought back shares then as well, and will hopefully continue as long as share price is under Book value, but I think that $5.00 a share will deter them from buying more at that point.

Shares are going up on the great news today, but company is in a black out period, so they can't purchase shares for the next week, but I guarantee as long as the stock price stay under $5.00 a share, they will continue to buyback 1+ million shares a quarter. After $5.00, they most likely not.

In a week, when blackout period ends, they will start buying back again....

One of my Chinese building stocks was up nicely today, so their EPS where higher than last years Q1, which shows growth. Since CCCL is a supplier to those kind of companies, it may mean that CCCL will do the same growth.

My XIN is up 20% today, as they reported good earnings. Am hoping a 20% increase in CCCL if they do the same.

XIN Book value $12.00+, share price around $3.00 with a 7% dividend (mine is 8%, as my average cost basis is around $2.40 a share.. A no brainer. I'll collect my 7% dividend until they break $10.00 a share.

Nah, maybe someone is "guessing" that earnings will be good, but there is no way of knowing, as it can't be released even in quiet. The company had a narrow positive earnings last quarter, and Q1 is usually their worst quarter of the year.

If share price can stay above $1.00, we are good to go, and if earnings are at least "good", we are ok. If they have EPS of even $.01, we could potentially see $2.00 a share again, but don't expect any kind of dividend announcement this year, as they have lost money over the last 12 months, so they will be Conservative with the money they have.

    I'd go with $3.00. $3.00 a long way from $10.00 a share. Not to mention almost a 7% dividend at $3.00 a share.

Actually, yes. The Chairman a few conference calls ago said their goal was to be a 1 billion revenue company ultimately.

And, when Tom Gurnee was the CFO he had told me, when I complained about the share price a while back, that management wanted the share price to be over $10, and that they would continue to do what they needed to do to bring back shareholder value

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Make over 1 billion in revenue a year, + get the share price over $10.00+ again.

They will reach both within 2 years. They'll continue to grow, and they will purchase shares until $10.00+. They won't stop buying shares until the share price exceeds that $10.00. That's 200%+ in share increase, not including the dividend.

Figured with all your negativity, you'd be out at this point. Three years ago, you were positive on this stock.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Share price will pop $3.00+ and then come back down to $3.00, after investors claim some profit. Bought 1k more share this week, but won't buy any more unless comes back down to $3.00 after their optimistic pop.

Even at $3.00, dividend is still 6%+ At $4.00 a share, it'll still be a good 5% yearly dividend. Of course, even if shares got to $5.00, it would still beat the average for real estate companies 4%+ dividend.

I'm sure NY revenue will help, and should help out through out 2015. They need to purchase some more U.S. property to keep the U.S. revenue coming in beyond 2015.

Yupper. My prediction is $5.00 by years end, $10.00+ within 2 years.

I agree, but this is not your ordinary company. If they were a U.S. Company they'd be over $30.00 a share right now, but because they are Chinese, they will stay much lower.

There is big hype with the positive earnings, and confirmation of buying shares in Q1. However, even if they got to $4.00, you'd see a big pullback, as they do it every time. Investors immediately come in to get their gains, and wait for pull back again.

$3.00+, but will test $3.00 again before getting to $5.00 a share by end of year. Again, $10.00 within 2 years, as they will continue to grow, and continue to buy back shares, even if a million a quarter, but a million a quarter adds up. 4+ million shares a year x 2 years = 8+ million share buyback, which equals more than 10% of their total shares.

I said yesterday that'd we'd get to $3.00+ if earnings were decent, and they announced buying shares. Both happened, so in pre market they are now a $2.90, which is almost 16% so far. Can't see why we can't get over $3.00 really quick.

There may be a pull back around $3.25, but $5.00 by end of year, and $10.00 within 2 years. Even if you buy shares at $3.00 a share today, that's a 200% growth in less than 2 years.

If you are going to buy shares, put in a purchase order for $3.00. If it goes above $3.00, I'd wait for a pull back down to $3.00, as they will most likely test $3.00 again before going to $5.00. Good luck.

Couldn't have been better news. First quarter is generally their worst quarter due to Chinese New Year, but was excellent, and shows more growth.

They've said from previous conference calls that their ultimate goal is to be a company that has over 1 billion in revenue a year, and they are growing to meet that goal.

Love that they bought over a million shares last quarter. It shows that they will continue buying shares = more investor value, higher future EPS per quarter, lower quarterly dividend expense.

Up 5% in pre hours, hoping for 10%+ today, and $3.00 within the next week. Maybe more? $5.00+ by end of year, and $10.00+ within 2 years. Maybe sooner?

Nah, the company has to announce, and/or vote on any kind of buybacks they do, and so far they have not. If they did announce a buyback, you'd see over $1.00 to meet requirements easily.

Can they stay there now? There is a considerable Buy order at $.99 in after hours. Hopefully share price can open $1.00+ tomorrow and stay there.

Yes, "Running out of TIME" to buy.

At current value, the dividend is over 7%, and that does not factor in share buybacks, not to mention the risk to upside is much greater. I just bought a bunch yesterday(2.49), and today near open (2.51).

Currently exceeding 10k shares. Wish I had more to put in right now. Not going to get 7%+ in the bank, with the upside potential to double.

Book value is $12.00+. Company will now be valued over 1 billion, but a market share of less than 200 mil.

We won't see $12.00+, but $5.00 short term, and $10.00+ within next 2 years, are real possibilities..

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • jeffreybul23 jeffreybul23 Feb 26, 2015 8:36 AM Flag

Nickel a day would be nice, but not likely. If they do have positive earnings and share buybacks in Q1, I think we will see a pop to $3.00+ over the next week. If it stays there, is another question, but I'll take the 7+% dividend in the meantime.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Share price is up 20% this last month, due to anticipation of earnings, and the hit they took the previous month.

Will investors take their gains today, and run....
Or, buy in, in hopes of good news/earnings/conference call tomorrow morning?

I think it will be a volatile day, but may go up, or down a bit. Definitely a big move tomorrow, whatever the outcome. Hopefully positive.

I just want to hear positive earnings, with more share buybacks, even if a modest number.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
