    SLW Moving Down!!!

    by jeffreydavis173 Aug 19, 2014 11:47 AM

First off I am not a Basher!!!!

A Basher is a person who has an agenda of just posting negative posts in an attempt to move the stock lower so he or she can make a quick buck on being short the stock.

I said from the beginning what I noticed doing my DD on the pattern of SLW.

That is why I went to a strong sell when it was $27.50 PPS

I have posted numerous times that when SLW reaches the $20.00 PPS to $22.00 PPS I will be a buyer.

There is a chance it may go lower but my feelings are that at price range a floor will be made.

To your second question (which should not be anyone's business) I paid between .34 and .38 for each put.

I hope my SPOUTS are put to rest.

After all, everything I just posted was posted the first time I posted on this message board.

    That's a lot of "I posted"!!!!

I would say that a 2 point drop in 10 days is significant.

    Plus, it continues to drop.

    SLW moving down as expected.

Will break $25.00 PPS VERY soon.

    I warned all the longs!!

It will meet my target price of between $20.00 PPS and $22.00 PPS without any trouble.

I see no difference at all!

If you read between the lines on their conference call there is really no catalyst going forward until at least next year.

Meanwhile, sot Silver continues to fall making SLW a very bad investment!

Mark my words, SLW will loss another $4.00 to $6.00 PPS before it starts getting interesting enough to consider purchasing shares.

  • Approximately $18.80

Anyone still think that SLW still won't go down ?

It will be $22.00 PPS within 2 weeks!!!

Anyone still want to give me thumbs down after I repeatedly said that at $27.25 everyone should sell!!!

    Let's be smart folks!

There is still time to sell!

You can pick it up around $20.00 PPS in the future!!

p.s. I purchase a lot more December $22.00 Puts when the stock hit $27.25 just a few days ago!

    Continuing to drop and drop.

Your call may have been to early for the price movement today and in the next few weeks.

There is nothing to support a rise up in SLW! Nothing!!! (except the rise in spot silver which will not happen).

If things get better in the Russian-Ukraine problem, which I feel will happen eventually, Silver spot will go down and continue to push down SLW to my predicted price of $20.00-$20.00 PPS!

There are many of the board who are hoping that the earnings announcement wasn't that bad and are making their argument to stay long because eventually Silver prices will rise and SLW will follow.

    How about the opposite view.

Now that SLW came out with a negative earnings announcement why wouldn't SLW move down to their historic correlation of 2-3 points (sometimes no difference) above the spot Silver price?

I know that defending your long positions helps make your holding seem more viable and makef you feel good but I disagree.

I follow trade patterns as you know. At this point I feel SLW will move down towards the spot Silver price.

This post will most likely receive thumbs down from all the longs but when SLW moves down to the $20.00 - $22.00 support level I will purchasing a large amount of shares.

At this point I am short with a large amount of December 22 Puts.

Good fortune to all investors in SLW no matter which way you feel about the stock!!!

Do you have any idea why there is such a disparity between the price of Silver and the PPS of SLW?

SLW has always said that their success is directly linked to the price of Silver.

    Today, Silver continues to fall.

As with a great percentage of stocks, investors tend to purchase shares into a companies earnings report.

I believe this has happened to SLW.

With the price of Silver near $20.00 an ounce, I feel that earnings will be a disappointment.

SLW has stated throughout the years that their earnings are dependent on the price of Silver.

It is my recommendation to their earnings announcement it would be a very good time to short the stock or purchase puts.

It is my opinion that following their earnings report and forward looking announcement during their conference call that the share price of SLW will drop at least 1% to 3%.

My feeling are that we will still visit the $20.00 to $22.00 PPS within the next six months

No one knows what the future price of Silver will be in 6 months, a year etc., but the big banks, which control the price, is responsible for suppressing it's value.

Even though they have control of the price, the devaluing of the American dollar by printing billions and billions of Federal Bank notes, there is a good possibility that most of the world's economy could possibly sway away from the American dollar and purchase hard assets such as the precious metals to back their currency.

This would make for a huge upside to the value of Gold and Silver.

My opinion is that this will not occur for quite some time!

Somebody went on Twitter and said the an invasion of Russia into Ukraine was imminent!

    Just B.S.

It made SLW immediately jump up.

People hear rumors and react like children.

However, Silver is still down to $19.88 so if you were going to purchase Puts this would be the time!!

SLW will quickly approach the low of the day by tomorrow!

    Down .46 at noon.

Looks like it will finally close below $26.

It's downhill from here so don't be surprised that we reach $22.00 within a month or less.

I have been a bear on SLW since the high 26's.

    You have read my posts.

    Patterns easily confirmed this!

    Longs were warned.

When it couldn't hold $26 it will now be in a free fall down to $20.00 to $22.00 with a chance into the high teens.

$3-$4 might be way to high.
At $1.50 per share a Buy-Out would be in the $2.00-$2.50 range.
I'm betting that ATRS won't last past 6 months and a Buy-Out would be very beneficiary to a large pharma, especially at the low price I mentioned..

    cowboyinill, completely agree.

The flush you speak of will take quite some time which will continually put downward pressure on Silver (and SLW). The bottom, of coarse, is impossible to predict.

We may see SLW drop past my predicted range of $20.00 to $22.00 PPS by years end.

My prediction of a downturn for SLW to the range of $20.00 to $22.00 PPS still stands.

The current price of $26.08 is far above the price of silver.

This will catch up (it always does with SLW) and it will begin to fall closer to the price of Silver.

Still sticking to my predicted PPS!

My indicators show that SLW will move down to the $20.00 to $22.00 PPS range.

Once SLW gets there it should move up (after consolidating for a while) and back to $27.00 and hopefully beyond.

The total market is having a strong downward bias and this only intensifies the falling price of SLW.
