I use hundreds of ID's on Yahoo? Wow, what happened to this crusade for truth you're pushing for in literally the same post?!!!! To avoid being a laughing stock, please, please consider reading your own posts before hitting the Post button. Better yet, have a sane person proof read them.
LOL "truth pledge". Because cutting and pasting some text anonymously means anything. As for me, I've been on record in recent months as being long the stock and have barely posted recently, but in the conspiracy theorists drug fuelled mind that makes me "one of the chief bashers". Because logic? You should read your posts some time before hitting the Post button, it might persuade you not to.
Huh. Oh well, must have been a coincidence if some poster only ever traded one stock, knew inside info about it, fought hard to keep his identity a secret, then disappeared. But you've said that isn't the case and you've cut and pasted a wall of text that proves it, somehow, and your defense of such actions is therefore not suspicious in any way.
"Gone are the updates by Harry3866 from NJ Federal Court, where Marc Cohodes tried to force a Federal Judge to make Yahoo give up the real identities of Harry3866"
Was he the guy who was outed as using inside info to pump TTWO here, and is that why he fought so hard to keep his identity secret?
"Did you know that half of the Call of Duty games have been made by a different studio that had nothing to do with the original people who created Call of Duty? And now ALL of the studios making Call of Duty don't have the original people."
The latest CoD was the lowest rated in the series, sold below last years despite more discounting, and is currently on sale for $19.99. How did the Max Payne franchise do without Remedy? One sequel in 14 years and it didn't do well, and the studio was closed.
If you assume infinite earnings in the future, like with TWTR and TSLA also, and then the company makes less money than expected in the present, it follows that the growth rate into the future must be higher. Therefore, stock goes higher.
Oh wait, you asked for a rational reason. Sorry, there aren't any.
With TTWO in particular the execs always have MNPI, because shareholders and analysts are kept so much in the dark. As for Z's trading plan being made in 2007, how do you know it hasn't been changed or that there isn't more than one plan?
Btw, I took you off Ignore this morning.
I agree about the lack of transparency. I also find it suspicious when execs use company buybacks at the same time their plans are active. I see news from last year about investigations by the US Attorney's Office and SEC into possible abuses of the plans, after the WSJ reported in December 2012 how execs often achieve above-market returns using them.
Anyone who says these sales are required is a liar. The exec chooses to enter the plan. They choose the price and dates to sell, and obviously Z's plan was "dump at $20", a nice middle finger to shareholders who thought they were finally getting a break. If they really thought the stock was cheap they would terminate or suspend their plans and maybe even buy some on the open market.
GME recently had sales from trading plans too. They took advantage of last years analyst and corporate stock pumping to dump $54M of stock late last year. Of that, the midpoint of $50M sales was $50.52. During the same time frame they had the company buy back $134M of shares at an average price of $50.67. Coincidence? Stock is now $35.
This is very bullish. The insiders dumping millions of shares know this is headed much higher and are selflessly giving up their shares for retail investors to snap up. A truly magnanimous gesture. It has nothing to do with the pipeline not being as strong as they've said recently, with Bioshock the latest franchise to suffer, no Borderlands 3 coming any time soon, and Max Payne also probably dead.
You shouldn't take the launch quarters Online revenue and extrapolate that linearly indefinitely. After GTAV launch around 20+ on my 360 friends list were playing the game. In early November it was down to 8. I've just checked now, and only 3 friends have played it (SP or Online or both I don't know) in the last month. I have uninstalled it and moved on, and others have moved on to XB1 and PS4. As for the people who waited to buy it later to get it cheaper or used, they're probably not the target demographic for up-selling digital goods. Online will get a boost with new platforms launching but those will be a fraction of the 30+ million users the launch quarter had.
You said you don't agree that the outlook is worse, therefore you're saying the outlook for Bioshock is the same or better than it was yesterday.
What about all the employees being let go and probably going to work for TTWO's competition now? There must be about 85 or so, with just 15 staying? Were they not talented?
"But on this you're wrong and the market made that point very loud and clear today"
I figured today was largely a reaction to Einhorn, with a secondary bit of, "Yaaay layoffs means less costs". Do you seriously think the stock rose 6.75% because the future of one its key franchises is now up in the air?
The company has gone from a known situation of the original highly respected creators and a full team, to a new situation of an unknown director with a TDB team and a ship date that's likely further out than anyone previously thought. But according to the permabull, the situation is the same or better than before this news, because of course all news must be spun as good news.
Is the outlook for the Bioshock franchise the same, better, or worse than it was yesterday? Clearly it's worse. Yet daring to suggest such a thing is labeled as "bashing", LOL.
And how anyone can be bashing (or pumping) the stock to a new level while simultaneously having no effect on the stock, is another great example of why I asked you to use a little intelligence.
Ah I see. So one post in multiple days, which isn't even bashing, equates to "bashing the stock to a new high". That's some kind of amazing conspiracy theory. Perhaps you'd like to try again, and try to use a little intelligence this time.
To sum up then, limited if any visibility for the Max Payne, Bioshock and Borderlands franchises, but nothing to be concerned about because it's all good.
