Waterloo. Yes you are right. The voting was their waterloo. Let's call the drumhead court-martial and shoot the betrayers.
What do expect from last Quarter. If we look at CGA we should be aware that there will not be positive surprise. Fertilizer market is still "challeging" and the company was more focused on how to steal money from the shareholder than doing business. Don't understand me wrong Yongye is very undervalued.
Hi, at conf call for Q1 management told us that they will use "deferred assets" as a "dry powder" to gain market share at the cost of the weaker competitors. They told us that they always had said that they will use the cash for times like this. CGA will build a franchise System to achive their growth targets.
My interpretition of defered assets is, that this money is not spent today. It is reserved for this project. On the other side we will see a write off each quarter of these "assets". Currently these deferred Assets have a amount of 61 million. These dry power should generate additional income for CGA. I beleave they know what they are doing. Our problem is that the short notice of conference call and quarterly results is an insult to us, and that the we can not see the progress they made with building their franchise system.
Therefore we have to trust, or sell.
Yes. China and exspecialy the agriculture market is the top growth story. I own Yongy, CGA and Agria. Do you know Humic Acid is good for the environment. :
Humic acids are amphiphilic species whose behavior in aqueous solution suggests that they form pseudomicelles—aggregates akin to the micelles familiar from synthetic surfactant chemistry. It is thought that humic pseudomicelles can be formed by both intramolecular coiling and intermolecular association, depending on the molecular weight, structural characteristics, and polydispersity of the humic acid in question. The process does not feature a critical micelle concentration. Experimental evidence indicates that metal ions enhance the detergent character of dissolved humic acid by facilitating the coiling and folding of the polymer chains. A recently conceived alternative model suggests that humic acids consist of relatively small subunits that associate through weak molecular interactions. This view appears to run counter to certain experimental observations, but deserves careful attention. The strong association between metal ions and solid humic acid makes it possible to use an inexpensive commercial grade for the decontamination of polluted water. A continuous elution process through a column packed with humic acid allows for the removal of both heavy metals and organic xenobiotics from aqueous solutio

i have done that with Qustions about CGA, and they are well respected. CGA is mentioning Yongye as the market leader for humic and fulvic acid.
There for this thread is initiated from short sellers and #$%$ talkers
My holding is 15.000 at the moment. If i had sold every time the stock reaches 1,6$ and bought at 1,35 back it had made me a fortune. But now i will wait and look for a new trading range and i will never decrease my holding below 15.000.
Agria has the power to be a "Monsanto" in China. China will never allow foreign companies like Monsanto to make big deals in China.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Agria established its edible corn seed business in 2007, vegetable seed business in 2009, field corn seed business in 2010 and forage seed business in 2013.

Field Corn Seeds
We have achieved dramatic growth in the field corn business over the past two years. Notable achievements include:
1. We set up an effective distribution channel with approximately 300 county-level dealers, covering the spring and summer corn markets in 12 provinces including Henan, Hebei, Shandong and Heilongjiang.
2. We are commercializing three key corn hybrids: BY11, Zhongdan 909 and ND375. An additional three hybrids are currently under development.
3. We built two modern corn seed conditioning and packaging plants in Xinjiang and Henan provinces, each with a capacity of 20 tons per hour.
4. We have more than 1,500 hectares of seed production in Xinjiang and Gansu provinces, which are reliable and sustainable for high quality seed production.
Edible Corn Seeds
We conduct our edible corn seed business through Shenzhen Nongkeyu. We have two operating units located in Beijing and Zhuhai. Our seed products cover different varieties including sweet corn, sticky corn and sweet/sticky corn. We have a distribution network covering 28 provinces in China and seed production bases in 6 provinces. Our annual sales volume currently totals approximately 1.2 million kilograms.
Our key focus is innovation in varieties. We are a leader in the industry of edible corn seed research and development.
China is one of the largest markets for edible corn. The planting area reaches 13.5 million mu. We are capturing market opportunities through our leading market share in the JKN2000 variety , as well as development of new species to both consolidate our significant position in China and to expand to southeast Asia.

Normally we have -- in terms of EBITDA [proper] unit for the seed and grain business about 30% in the first half and about 70% in the second half.
It is great that nevada shareholder rights helped to made the steal impossible. I bought CGA and Yongye today. Thanks to the idiots who sold today.
