A vary wide therapeutic index like this bcp could put a drug like this into hyperspace and it could quickly become the drug of choice for its approved indications. The reason why PCYC did so good with their one drug was two things. It was a pipeline in a drug, and it especially gentle on older patients with blood CA's as a second line therapy and at times a first line therapy. This drug RX-3117 could fit that same bill....at least it seems that way. Take care, t

Hi Big, IDRA is an ANS company that also has a platform in TLR's. They have received advice and help from ISIS in the past. Just so when the chums do the reverse vodoo chant to help ISIS out you need to remember that ISIS was never $200 a share.....but it will be. Also, you are requesting patience and forgiveness for the sloppy performance of the A-7 vecfticion and you are riding ISIS so-called past performance?! RNN will surpass vicl before the year is over, but please don't go silent. There are special thickened underwear that you may want to purchase with the holding of the vj run company with that dying technology and the new med that will be sucking up resources. Good luck Big. t

Are you sure that the diagnosis is correct? That doesn't sound like a SMA type patient to me. Maybe Becker's MD? In any case if he did have it, it would have to fall into like Type4 and JMO, but I don't think that there would be any help from this drug for that patient profile. t

The super angle on what you brought up bcp is if RX-3117 can "rescue" Gemzar and really make it allow patients that have become resistant to it regain sensitivity in treating patients for cancers, particularly pancreatic CA. If you couple that with two drugs showing a synergistic effect in treating CA, and a big IF, if LLY goes with and is able to use RNN's technology for delivery of older CA drugs to the target area in a more efficient manor so as to turn Gemzar into a propitiatory drug again. If this scenario alone takes place we'll all be doing very well from an investment standpoint on just this alone. I rate this as a better than 50/50 chance based on what we continue to see in regards to their clinical work. t

  • Based on their convoluted methods it is important to know that they really want ISIS to go higher. They however lack the ability to do so besides what they have done already. They want to bad mouth the stock to really make sure you want to own it and then they want to wish the stock well by their offerings up to the prune juice gods. But that is where they have to stop because they don't really know too much about what has transpired in regards to ISIS over the last ten years. ISIS has become a real force in the biotech world and I believe that will become more known over the next six months. So I want to thank the chums for their limited ability to help ISIS surge higher but tell everyone that they don't have access to the latest developments in regards to ISIS. I will report here after the annual meeting all of the latest ISIS developments so that you can follow your investment more closely than what the chums can offer, God bless them, but they also are fighting to keep themselves from going BK due to their religious duties to vicl. So pray for them, and follow the latest ISIS advancements as they progress here. t

It is already Friday Mr. Goat herder, or herder goat of humans as may be your case. I heard that some was driving by your house and they saw an indecent act occurring between a human and a goat and they stopped at your house and talked to your son. They noted the event to your son and they wanted to call the authorities and your son said "thaaaattttttt's my dad." Shameful but if that is you I guess we know where you come from. t

I think that he was very depressed. Possibly a person with bipolar affective disorder with a superimposed problem with an acute grief reaction with the recent loss of a girlfriend. The pilot could have been perceived by him as non-caring and a prxxx and that triggered the whole event. I get sick to my stomach whenever I think about it. The Europeans need to adopt a similar policy that they have adopted her in America. I believe that eventually you will have a read out on the internet on pilots flying your plane like you have on physicians you want to see. And you will also have an every thirty day re-evaluation of pilots like you do in regards to airport security in regards to their being able to brandish a fire-arm. t

Thank you again for this world wide reference to prune juice to help hold the ISIS price value. You're a true buddy. Please let me know your address at the commune so I can come and visit you. Thank you again. t

Dr. Crooke could love you too Nj if you invested in ISIS. Your children would also love you too as you are giving them a future instead of having to milk cows on the commune. Think about, your children loving you, or you sticking with the vj and his crew where vj stands for VALUE-JUICED DOWN. Hope you and the chums survive the down turn over the summer. t

I think you and the chums could make a little bit of extra income if you can get Dorland's Dictionary to say that vicl means the same as sink-hole and get royalties from that. Might pay for the animal's feed there at the commune. When you have your next death to ISIS meeting you might bring that up in the agenda. Good luck to you too even though you are somewhat misguided. You know when Herman Munster got hit in the head with that safe from the second floor he said similar crazy things like you and he eventually got over it. t

You really look bad buddy as ISIS has never reached $200. I really like the chums but you are doing them a disservice by lying. When you get to the commune after the vicl world comes to an end, in Mad Max fashion, I hope you get stuck on permanent cleaning of the horse stalls. t

You chums really have determination. I thank you for the prune cheerleading good luck. I really feel bad for you in regards to the belief that vicl will be "resurrected" from their malaise down from over 100 and it is thought that this is the new Phoenix when in fact this is the next sink hole. By July 4th will be under 60 cents. I hope you have the commune all set for when you all move in together. t

Time to sell vicl Nj as it went up really for no reason over 7%. They have a challenge of turning their new "investment" into something and I bet the boys over at Astellas are having a good laugh right now about selling vicl that drug. t

Auto pilot is your word. I'd be interested in what stock(s) you do like as you seem to have strong opinions on these matters. t

  • jetmanbash jetmanbash Mar 26, 2015 8:07 PM Flag

Nj,I can only hope and pray that your stock doesn't fall faster than expected so that if you and the chums decide to get out you'll be able to. That going into a completely different field with no real drug development experience in that particular field may become a daunting experience. You have vj, but with an antifungal you won't be able to hide whether or not the patient is doing better than placebo.....because they could develop a big old fungal infection for everyone to see and you won't be able to hide it....unless vj buys some kind of cosmetic company and they keep putting make up on the fungal rash and telling the the treated group it is all in their heads and that they are getting better. t

babyhuey, When a person resorts to name calling and bringing up the bodily functions they usually have been all played out and have no real arguments and subconsciously have been beaten. That's OK, I understand your frustrations. The keeping up with the prune juice thing will bring further good luck in the future so I thank you for that. But as they say, in the real world people with good luck have made it that way with their hard work and so it is with Dr. Crooke with his never giving up. Look for data at the AAN in April on ISIS SMA, data on ISIS GCCR inhibitor, the huge possibility of news on the sale of their DM type 2 drugs, possibly a sale on the Factor XI inhibitor. For that drug, I'll be disappointed if it doesn't bring in $700 million up front, and 30% royalties. Look for some kind of huge deal with Roche/Santaris as they will be settling their lawsuit soon. Watch for John Reed who used to be at ISIS and now is the equivalent of CSO at Roche to come to some kind of agreement that will allow ISIS to do a deal with them where ISIS will be involved in some further drugs besides Huntinton's Disease and where ISIS will receive a disproportionate deal to pay them for the lawsuit indirectly. A lot going on for ISIS. I know you guys have that new anti-fungal drug with the new, untested mechanism and I know that vicl has no experience in regards to regular drug development, and that vicl is seeing their vaccine development dry up before their eyes.....but that is what makes you and the chums special. You never give up, and you're always ready for the fight. If I could make a suggestion though, I'd wear double underpants all of the time so that the spankings don't hurt as much, and when you have prune juice experience without the prune juice you'll at least have that second pair that won't be as soiled. Tell Big I said hi. t

Agree with your assessment of the landscape in regards to the use of atypicals for this population. Wall Street can be however unforgiving if you miss up in regards to guidance. t

You have excellent enthusiasm, I think your target is a little high over the short to intermediate term.....but long term definitely a distinct possibility. Hope the revolutionary anti-fungal drug purchased helps vicl out in regards to their dyiing vaccine pipeline. Keep your chin up and nerves strong and I wish you guys good luck. You probably won't need any prune juice in regards to what is going on with vicl. Thank you again and tell Big I said hi. t
