Hawthorne has been the difference. This is not the same company it was. It's smarter, faster and has earned credibility. Again, Look at Mr. Hawthorne's past. The guy is a winner.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
The former mgmt team, had teams of engineers working on "numerous" products/initiatives. Hawthorne choosing to pull "all" teams together to work on one product= Genious.
Agreed. I think the story really is the Hawthorne hiring. The guy has a very sucessful track record. To add to that I had a phone converation with Hawthorne, a few weeks ago. And he is the absolute real deal. He's achieved and redirected the organization in just a short period of time. He has plenty of credibility. And the repair process is very deep in motion.
Your screen name fits you well. Moron, how many times does it have to be said? This is a new technology. Soon to be new standard. They're discovering/inventing a brand new technology. And a new CEO that holds plenty credibility and a solid track record. Idiott
Hawthorne knows he has to continue to earn credibility. He's following through. Don't expect anything major in a positive or negative way. They are continuing to try to overcome the same challenges, etc etc. They expect to deliver sometime in second half.
Hawthorne is the real deal. That cannot be argued. So what does that mean for now ? And what does that mean long term ? He's already had a profound impact on the business. Streamlining and concentrating all engineers, all groups all parties to one product was simple but yet genius. Again, I don't think we'll see anything of a huge surprise, both on the negative and positive. Hawthorne is just keeping his word. He knows he has to build credibility back.
It's a "****NEW***** technology. Do you not realize this ? And will eventually be the new standard. It ain't as cut and dry as you may think.
I agree with Kenny. And just a few things to share. They will share more progress on milestones, But no major breakthroughs. As of just a couple of weeks ago they were still trying to overcome the various issues with high volume production. Seriously doubt that has changed. On the other hand there’s strong interest from a company or two in Asia. And lastly, I think what most folks, investors and such, miscalculate is that this is a “new” technology. Never been done before. So you cannot just assume that the various challenges will immediately be corrected. I think Hawthorne is a winner, I think he’s engaged in the operation and he will set realistic expectations. They’re headed in a nice direction, but nothing earth shattering on this call.
Manufacturing challenges still aren't resolved. But I personally talked to Hawthorne and he sounded very energetic and confident about where things are at.
Just like to reiterate mr hawthorne' call to streamline and work on one product as opposed to several is brilliant . The company can now allocate all it's resources on the "one" product. Mr Hawthorne has a strong track record and I have to believe he will again succeed. Its also been confirmed should they manufacture product there is hi interest in Asia. There are a few very large Asian companies waiting in the wings.
I talked to mr Hawthorne recently. He is absolutely the real deal. He's a do'er. I love that he streamlined the manufacturing process. Made all the sense in the world. Why concentrate on 8 products, let's start with one. We will eventually get milestones and we will get mass delivery of product. And for the guy to take time out to talk to a retail investor.
Yep. The guy tells it like it is. We received more granular detail on manufacturing process in the last 10 mins than the last 2 years.
