Today they miss revenue. Why UP?
This company is driving nuts. When they gain the stock falls. When they lose the stock goes up.
Unpredictable. Any games played? I see an insider loaded up last year at much higher prices.
Also a question/ Last I remember they started a venture in Russia a year or so back.
What is the status of this now that the Zionists in US and EU want to corner Russia?
I find it unbelievable a company of this kind of products to not be able to make some money.
I guess these days with cheap oil and gas it is more difficult but still there are so many countries that pay top dollars for a gallon or litter of gas.
//s someone watching my account?//
YES/ All the WS houses.
Even the shares you think you own are not yours. You are beneficiary if you left the stock certificates with your stock broker. It is the law. Read the fine print.
Are you telling me UAN is doing great?
As long or as soon I break even I will sell this dog and luckily I will be happy with the divedents I amde so far. Else? Screw it.
A buyout will pay you out at that price and you will not be a share owner after that if the new company moves up.
A merger is different since you will be converted to the merged stock shares and you remain to be a shareholder in the new company.
You need to sell. Never can claim a loss on shares not sold.
Usually you keep them for as long as a time you gain from another stock and then you sell for that year so you pay taxes of teh different (if ++)
If a stock is a loss then you can carry the loss over to other following years and you offset later. Read tax loss "Loss carryover". This is 100% sure for DEF taxes. States are different and some (e.g. NJ) you still pay taxes on the gains but that is not much as the FED taxes.
Presplit: The banks bought Oi S.A. 2.14M share Secondary priced at 97c(Tue, Apr 29 2015)
More offered as additional allotment too .. additional 120,265,046 common shares and 240,530,092 preferred shares issued by Oi (the "Option Shares"),
Presplit 2.14M +extra ... share Secondary priced at 97c
This was at today's price $9.70
Do you think the guys (banks) who bought at that price will sell to TIM at $7.00? That will be a big loss for them (and for me too)
I see the following insider buying but were this stupid to buy that high and not selling yet or they dumped withoot reporting? I don't know what to make out of it.

Just checked Insider Transaction and Kevin is idle for long time.
Is he giving up?
(was it like $10 billion?). If I recall that was 0.81 cents before R/S
I took that as a good sign that if the big banks bet their money I can go along them.
Now it looks like that was not the case and the big banks most likely have a way to short more shares they bought. Since I already I lost big I am willing to ride a bit more till I see what this January 12 voting will mean to us.
Certyainlty it looks like we have been framed. I wonder why the laws allow these crooks to do this.
The low oil prices is manipulated by USA to corner Russia.
Two thing can happen.
Either Russia caves in which is highly unlikely, or
We lose all our KBR investments and we go home.
He does not have enough shares to take the company private. He is too far from that kind of power.
SIMPLE: I believe he knows that the company will return back to good profits and a good stock value.
