Here's what to watch. The CEO has a long history of selling Pharmas. The last three deals netted stockholder 26%, 56% and 28%. I'd hang till this sells for $35-$40.

Adrian Adams has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer and as a director since December 2011. Prior to joining Auxilium, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Neurologix, Inc. from September 2011 until November 2011. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a director of Inspire Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from February 2010 until May 2011, at which time Inspire was acquired by Merck & Co., Inc. Prior to joining Inspire, Mr. Adams served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sepracor Inc. from March 2007 until February 2010, at which time Sepracor was acquired by Dainippon Sumitomo Pharma Co., Ltd. Prior to joining Sepracor, Mr. Adams was President and Chief Executive Officer of Kos Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2002 until its acquisition by Abbott Laboratories in December 2006. Mr. Adams was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of AcelRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in February 2013 and recently served on the Board of Directors of Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Inc., from October 2007 to August 2012.

CFO leaves, so the game is over? Your a dope. CFO's are bean counters who come and go all the time. Business reasons for better opportunities, personal reasons, cause they put in 80 hour weeks regularly and have families, etc. Guy's sitting on 217,000 shares, with better opportunities to sell prior to this. If I were you, I'd focus on the pipeline, balance sheets and income statements over the comings and goings of CFO's.

Yeah, weird. Anyway, I look at it this way. Its going to be a bit volatile, and the sector in general has been slammed lately so it'll rotate back from a sector standpoint. On AUXL specifically, 1) Its profitable, 2) it has a pipeline, unlike others, and 3) The average target is $30 with UBS at $31, so I'm sticking. It'll head back up, or better yet get taken out by a big boy for $40.
