Don't worry when the drop happens we will be caling them all out with the names of the anlaysts of each company to question them publicly. These men should know, you don't get through Harvard or Brown to be tricked by a 10Q and 10K. The math never lies.

As for the other tickers such was not the case you mentioned, but there is a new breed of investor one that publicy speaks of their expierences and admits there is collusion and the only way to stamp it out is to stamp out governing bodies such as the SEC how are either inept for whatever reasons to regulate them properly. The US Citizen isn't afraid to call out the people that elect the SEC members and their affiliations.

I would dump all the shares of PTY and warn others and not look back.

Head to a MLP where it is in the interest in all parties, including BOD, Management as well as investors for them to not play games or pps manipulation and just simply pay out 90% of the earnings to ALL shareholders, without paying a fee for a failing product.

My bet is there is no explanantion, they have distributed out at the top of the 20% premium scale and driving the pps back down to start the cycle over again.

You should know the trend that the big boys are doing..since you know usually they dictate pps rise or drop. Wouldn't you want to be buying and using the DRIP when they are and just stacking cash when they plan on dropping the pps?

Please google "Bill Gross, El and Consuelo Mack", I think they were both on and letting you know where they stand on their funds and how they precieve the pps and the premium. Find the transcript it will help make it all clear for you, from the horses mouth.

Furthermore, google "El, fake volume, squawk box". If you find that transcript, 3 to 5 weeks ago, I forget now, he expresses his concern about brokers colluding without saying the world collusion.
