I wouldn't be suprised at all to see this brought down under $13 at some point this week, just to rocket back up to $15 again.
no. I just can't stand people who act like they have inside info, and spread lies about a company just to scare novice investors out of their hard earned money.
The truth is. carolyn is just speculating.
Well, everyone here is just giving their opinion, because we don't know anything. 6 months from now AMBS could be .15 for all we know. I'll put my trust in the companies BOD other than some random poster on yahoo.
You would have absolutly no knowlege of such an event. Spreading false information about a company is a crime. I sugest YOU "kindly be careful"
A few months ago, when it was trading at under $5. AF tried to put a death nail in the company, saying the filter didn't work.
Israel did bomb Syria in 2007.
Destroyed the Syrian nuclear site, located in the Deir ez-Zor region
People are forgetting a major new development in oil:
Obama will sign a treaty with Iran very soon. This will lift the sanctions on Iranian oil, and flood the market even further. I hate to say it, but oil could drop below $40, and stay there for years.
You're posts are a breath of fresh air, no bashing, no pumping, you only post the facts as they are now.
I sold all my ORIG stock Friday morning as oil was crashing. I took a 20% loss.I now think things are going to get a heck of a lot worse.
I no longer think oil will bounce back anytime soon. We may be seeing the "new normal" for oil ($42-$49)
Anyone who doesn't think the Saudis are trying to put the independents out of business is fooling themselves. The Saudis can pump $35 oil for 10 years if they want too.
I have no more appetite to lose money in oil stocks.
Thats a good idea. I know the best way to trade is to "buy when everyone else is selling, and sell when everyone else is buying"
That being said, right now oil could be at bottom, or it could be ripe for a real drop (sub 30?). If the Saudis keep flooding the market, and if Obama makes a deal with Iran that lifts their oil sanctions, we could see $40 oil for years.
Ug, it's a flip of the coin at this point IMO
I hear you. it seems I sometimes endure big losses right up to my breaking point, and soon after I sell, the stock turns around and makes a run. I'm terrible at timing when to get out.It would not surprise me if next week we go up to $12
I remember reading an article about a week ago from someplace (the street?)
Anyway, it listed 15 oil companies that would likely go bankrupt if oil stays this low for over a year. LNCO (LINE) was on the list.
I don't know if that means anything, but it was definitely a factor for me selling now and talking the loss.
Thats kinda why I bailed now, otherwise I would feel "stuck" in this for who know how long.
Believe me,I'm stuck in a lot of dead money right now (gold miner stocks), and its gut wrenching.
Good luck to you gumby.
