Nobody on this planet thinks you AREN"T short and now caught. Give it a rest baily. You can send out fake longs that sold, shorts that are flat, but warn...it's getting old. I am trying to help you before you end up losing some real money on the short side. Good luck. IMHO
Part of not losing a lot of money in this business is admitting when you are wrong and moving on. Those married to losing shorts (or longs) end up in very compromising positions. Just trying to help. It does remind me of LNG before the it exploded to the upside. And no, nobody on this planet thinks its going to $180 Billion market-cap like At&T. :) But, a billion or $20 roughly certainly would work for me. :) IMHO
Respectfully, you are in the wrong business. It is amazing to me you don't see what's coming. I'll say it again to be nice, so at this point, my view, is the shorts have an upside of a few cents+ and downside of about $5 to $10...nice risk/return trade. :) 100 or 200 to 1. Either way, good luck. IMHO
baily, so at this point, my view, is the shorts have an upside of a few cents+ and downside of about $5 to $10...nice risk/return trade. :) 100 or 200 to 1. We shall see. IMHO
I'd rather wait until $5+ for you. :) Good luck. IMO
Capital raise reminds me of LNG in the single digits just before it went up 15 fold...at that time shorts were saying to me dilution...longs were saying to fund future growth. Longs made 1500%, Shorts lost their money 15 times over. :)
Do wish I could get some more DRNE at 25 cents, but to me investors or investor is getting a sweetheart deal at 20% discount to Friday's close. Helps to buy in huge size. :) Having said that, it will put a huge long-term support at 25 cents to blast off on, don't have to listen to the one short about money for a long, long time, the company can blast the product out on the back of big momentum from CNN and other. As said last week, major inflection point. Good luck all. IMO
tgiy, you can thank me later (I had feeling you and the 5 ids would post bs to answer). ) and clear by your post, you really aren't paying attention. IMO
new product release, billionaire leading board of a $13 million company, news last week about CNN a game changer on the awareness front. For me, the raise is to blow this company out in a big way. Good luck. to me, writing on the wall for big growth rest of the year. IMHO
TGIY, baily, whomever you'd like to be today. If that is your hope, you have no clue and you aren't paying attention. For me, 25 cents now becomes huge support, one doesn't have to listen to you clowns about money and the company can blast off its product on the back of some big momentum.
but, to your question, you aren't paying attention. why don't you call frost on the phone and ask him why is he is the head of the strategic board of a company worth $13 million and he is worth billions and what is his investment???? and whomever is getting this stock, got 20% off from Friday's price will be getting a damn good deal...It helps to buy in big size. :) IMHO
The real big guys often get the best deals. It often takes big size to get them. We shall see. IMO
What planet does that exist on for a micro cap company??? get a clue. they took the best choice, imo
to your other question, in short...they would do it to fund future growth...and obviously the gains outweigh the costs. read that sentence a few times. IMO
So you made it to the start of chapter 2. No sht they wouldn't get 1% rates...any emerging company with a valuation of around $13 million would get a rate of 5 to 10%...why in the world would they want to do that.???? they wouldn't. they aren't ibm or a mid-cap company or a small-cap company. they are a micro-cap company. man you are smart. :) get to chapter 3. comical. IMHO
I hope to get more at 25 cents, but sure looks like PE investor will get a fantastic deal. IMHO
My prediction is 25 cents becomes huge long-term support for obvious reasons....there is an institution or institutions or high net-worth individual interested in size. If you believe in the story of funding growth. I DO. This is what a CEO does ahead of a big expansion. I cited the LNG story. Raised low single digits...it hit $70+. Companies do it all the time to fund growth- capital raise with modest dilution. Other choice CEOs have is debt, I am not a fan. The above is better. I believe even more so everything that I wrote all week and what is on this message trail. The company is setting up for a big rest of 2015. Product just released and cnn news an inflection point. We shall see.
In my experience, PE investors usually get involved for 10 to 30 times return. I view as very bullish. Again one sees what they want to see. I believe in the product and growth story. NASA, CNN, Frost, etc. All about risk/return. Going to enjoy the weather. IMO
You didn't even see it!! :) having said that, one sees what they want to see. I see a company funding expansion after some great news flow and a product release. I see an investor that will get a great deal given the week earlier it was 34 cents on the news. For me, when done, well funded for expansion. Reminds me of LNG when it raised money single digits and I invested...all the shorts said it was over...it then went up 15 fold to $75. That's what companies do ahead of expansions. IMHO Good luck. IMHO

Section 9 capital raise is the most important one to me for obvious reasons. From my response to the 10 Q email trail.
As said yesterday, I believe company setting up for a huge 2015 and beyond. Product just released. Very Interested investor given recent news flow. Hence, why you load up on the cash to blow out the product. For me, investor got a great deal, although stock was trading 28/27 cents on the 12th this week. IMHO
I understand why they did it. put the money issue to bed. strike while the iron is hot and blow the product out. cnn should provide huge momentum. for the investor, he got a great deal. IMHO
