Never seen anything like this.... Stuck on .61 for days. Feels like there is a major surge coming and then it remains at .61. Weird. Not worried, but it's bizarre....

I've been doing ok in this space lately acad, ghdx. INO is my #1 pick. The liquidity is an issue, but the potential and set up are ideal in many respects. I get the disappointment of the past, but hang on for this ride.....

What's interesting is the stock can move like .10- .20 on the pure spec, but if we get some news, we're above $1.00 quick.... My favorite risk/reward stock of 2013....

The cool down in usually a big sign..... We've seen a massive drop in volume in the last few sessions, which tells me a massive spike is coming soon. I don't see much downside for the next 12 mos, so I'm expecting a spike to .70 soon. You can feel it....

Well we tasted the downside, -10% or so and maybe it could be double that if more news without positive results comes out. BUT, the upside, given the scale of the opportunities is 10-20x (at least). And we have 18-24 months of $$ now.... Any investment in a small cap is risky, but this upside v. downside is so compelling, I will be buying more tomorrow.

INO only handled delivery method which showed an excellent safety profile.... Isn't that what we wanted out of this?

I'm at a loss as well. INO has enough money through 2014 and numerous interesting trials with strong research partners. The exec team appears very solid. I think it is just too much liquidity and day traders playing games.... There is no valid reason for this drop. Hoping good news will scare all this bs away....

Very smart investors own this company. I'm not sure on the timing, but it will explode higher sometime in 2013....
