their chinese sites are working now but were down a few days ago too i noticed. no new news on their chinese sites of late.. but lots of news otherwise in their ling feng plant including a visit from a Harvard delegation that Lily is part of.

OTC .. just a few market makers that don't look at each other. Etrade and Stewart .. not sure but call OTC and ask who makes market then call your broker to move trade to another desk.

If such amount is not received by the date you file the Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2011, please confirm that you will disclose the $5m in cash consideration and the equity interest received, as well as the date you expect to receive the remaining amount from the buyer as well as a statement indicating why you believe the balance is still collectible.
Response:
As of the date of this response letter, the Company has received the full consideration for the transaction, consisting of $22.5 million cash consideration and the equity interests of another company owned by the third party buyer.

we're now above the 200 day moving average for the fist time since mid 2009 when it peaked over it for a bit.
the 20 and 50 day moving average should cross over the 200 day soon as well...
technicals are at least improving. -

There was news out of china that they are going to make efforts to take down the number of drug wholesalers from 13,000 to 3,000 .. the drug stocks in China were up on that news at 18 month highs.
