EM's were a great buy this spring (very low valuations) Energy and Oil companies will con't to move up. PBR is still very much under valued at these levels. By next summer this will trade much higher. Maybe to $20 a share again. Let's see. Oil is a beautiful business! One of the best types of businesses and the Olypmics right around the corner for next year's bull run! $30?
There will no buyout at this market cap. If a buyout happens it will be at Sub $35 a share. Now enjoy the slow decent back down. You'll remember my post in a few months after you are down 20% or more. Should of sold. Well I am telling you now as a friend to take profits and go. There's little hope for Yelp. This train is heading straight down shortly.
Idiots. I bought more puts when this pooped to $51 a share last week. I will con't to bet against Yelp. Overvalued, badly managed, with a desperation to sell before the documentary aires. Revenues and profits declining - this stock could be worth a single digits a share.
That's with the current level of valuation. They have a nice little niche in the local market advertising but the company is poorly ran and may very well get into huge legal troubles for extortion against small business. The very aggressive sales tactics may find them in hot water along with the way the reviews are filtered. If a Google de-rank comes maybe its worth $1 a share.
If someone was buying Yelp at these prices they would be the bigger fool! By every metric this company is overvalued and revenues are declining. The company started the buy out rumor b/c they want some bigger fool to buy them before the documentary aires and before they get sued. No doubt someone will buy them out but not at 3.5 billion. In the meantime this will fall to the low 20's. The management and every thing about the company spells DOOM.
Yelp is having a terrible time with there business and now they want to sell it to who? Who will buy this at the incredible high P/E multiple? The truth is there is going to be no buyer here at these prices. Maybe at 1.5 Billion Market Cap, not at 3.5 Billion. Yelp is cooked! Its just a matter of time before this trades into the mid-20's. I bought more of the Jan. 2016 Puts today to add to that position already established one month ago. Yelp is finished.
