Twits...if I'm projecting $50 on August 9 that means I'm projecting $100 pre-split. That equates to a $4 move between now and then. The best way to profit on the quick pop is call options.

I already own some May 15, 2015 call options (120's). Today, I added some May 1, 2015 call options. Why the May 1, 2015 call options you ask, beside a lower premium?
1) Results of Q2 will be out...beat with strong China sales
2) Div. increase
3) Share buyback expansion
4) Watch will be selling
5) TV coming
All this and who knows what else coming before May 1, 2015
On the conference call with analysts following the report, management forecast revenue this quarter of $1.13 billion to $1.18 billion, and EPS in a range of 41 cents to 48 cents, excluding some costs. That is below the average estimate of analysts of $1.18 billion and 48 cents.
If Apple doubled the dividend you would make an additional $1.88 per share each year, big deal. "Loyal holders" have made much more than that in price appreciation (70% in just the last 12 months). A dividend increase is coming but that doesn't excite me. I like price appreciation.
