The trial will end before the Christmas holidays so you have people feeling good about that, give them a not guilty and remove a 1 billion judgement...conversely, a guilty judgement...well, it's only 1 billion...Apple has lots of those...it's all just hypothetical musing.
Picked up another 200 @ 113.33 this morning...would have liked to see a stronger close...looks like a down open tomorrow...this should all be behind us in another day or two. GLTA

Although I'm not a shareholder I thought you might be interested in this nice customer service interaction. My package didn't arrive as scheduled and notification said that I had put the deliver on hold. Well no, I had been called and emailed so I was waiting at home all afternoon. About an hour ago I got online with UPS chat. They listened, apologized, and contacted the appropriate local facility while I waited online. They came back with a promise that I would be contacted no later than 10:00 AM tomorrow. Within 15 minutes the phone rang and the local facility was on the line once again apologizing and assuring deliver tomorrow.
Mistakes happen. It is how those mistakes are handled that make all the difference to the customer. I truly feel that my frustration was felt before I even had time to express it. The customer service was exceptional and I remain a satisfied UPS customer. Well done UPS!
