Environmentalists chastised Beverly Hills billionaire Stewart Resnick and other corporate agribusiness interests this week for continuing to plant thousands of acres of new almond trees during the drought while the Governor, Jerry Brown, is mandating that families slash water usage by 25 percent.
Deutsche Bank is not the only one upgrading. MLV also upgraded today and FBR upgraded also upgraded. Unfortunately the upgrade news is highly fragmented especially since the flyonthewall lawsuit a few years ago. Those reporting typically pay for the information.
My apologizes for being a part of the crowd that put you trough that torturous time. I actually voted for the idiot. I was idealistic then.
Talk about a flat market. Hey I caught up in all the hype of the Dow breaking 1000 too. You needed a lot of staying power( long time before making new highs). It actually made this last market recovery look like child's play.
Words to live by along with ....never trade higher than the first floor of a high rise. Thank you ! I feel like went to church today. Where were you in 2007-2209?
I believe it is 5 kilos. But we really need to extrapolate that to the number of brain cells destroyed per gal of water. My abacus doesn't seem to handle it and my slide rule broke. Can you help?
Found where I read it. huff post from 10/13/2014. titled This Is How Much Water It Takes To Make Your Favorite Foods. they reference a site waterfootprint. it is a dot org.
Hazelnuts and walnuts at 1,260 gal./lb. and 1,112 gal./lb. respectively.
But almonds and cashews take more, averaging 1,929 gal./lb. and 1,704 gal./lb. It takes 1,362 gallons of water to produce one pound of pistachios.

FBR Capital Markets notes, "Given the dozens of calls we have received over the last several days, and in conjunction with yesterday afternoon's Department of Labor proposed rulemaking on fiduciary standards, we thought it was important to address the elephant in the room question, 'What if NorthStar Asset Management never sold another non-traded REIT again?'...While clearly a bear case scenario, the simple math is that if NSAM never sold a non-traded REIT ever again beginning in 2Q15, our 2015E CAD/sh. would go from $1.12 to $1.05, and our 2016 CAD/sh. would go to $1.09, from $1.29. Given that NSAM is an asset manager of non-traded REITs, substantial earnings power from this business remains due to recurring asset management fees from capital already raised."

Fib is used intraday as well. I have used it on many occasions on a 5 min chart as well as a daily. There are plenty of data points and shorter trends to make it effect to use.
. If anything they are up nicely
I am always fascinated by people who never own the stock posting on the board (unless to ask a question) , let alone, someone who placed a called to the relations dept. How nice of you to take time out of your day to help us. , I think. (Tongue in cheek here)
all the price moves are almost technically perfect. Near perfect Fibonacci retrace on the daily highs to lows. buying came in near the 61.8% level ( the holy grail for Fib)
Yes management needs to comment. I suspect this movement is all BS
