I have read this many times. Is this a real possibility and is there a way to monitor shares available to sale?

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Your broker should automatically convert to CYNA. I would think most have done by now. TD Ameritrade did within the last week or do.

TD Ameritrade still has my shares locked up. Any idea why or how long?

  • Here is what I am reading:

    1. Obviously uplisting to the Nas allows for more exposure to Institutional investors.
    2. After the reverse split, share price needs to be over $10 to allow institutional investors to purchase.
    3. Public offering will put considerable more shares on the market for purchase as float was too tight.
    4. Public offering will raise up to $60 million for the company which will allow CYNAF to negotiate from a position of strength rather than look desperately short of cash to potential buyers.

There doesn't appear to be anybody that thinks the strategy has changed from sell the company to commercialization.

Look on Twitter by doing a search on $CYNAF.

As I understand the press release they are also doing a public offering... As much as $60 million. That is mega dilution! Can't understand why they need the cash, they are suppose to be fully funded to NDA.
