Yes, it will. And as you referenced in a previous post, there's the upcoming conference, along with an atypical and unusual amount of (Tit-Burn) activity. In some of the most interesting spaces too. This says to me it's likely not only to be a surprise but a GOOD surprise (for a change).

You may be right barme93. It would be just like Titan to hold out for a PR stunt at a conference. My intuition says they have something new up their sleeve. First, they finally release news on the right day and in the right way. Then we have the ad for an NDA guy, knowing they've submitted NDAs in the past without one, albeit unsuccessfully. Then there's this new PR gal who manages to get a CNN story online at the right time and somehow it links to Yahoo's homepage for a few hours, in the news rotation, not the "track my interests" one. Then there's been a bit too much traffic activity at Braeburn & AppleTree HQ. Check google for names........ A conference would be a great place to pull a fast one on the FDA, especially this one. They have it coming don't they? We all know the CRL was unfair. 10 to 2 the panel votes for approval and the FDA overrules? Maybe Tit-Burn plans to go all in an resubmit NDA, not for second-line, but as a primary treatment. Or, they drop a bomb-shell like PN for pain. Just speculating here and all is just my opinion, but after 6 plus years of watching this show daily, I sense something NEW, a surprise, and unlike all of the past, this one may just be a GOOD surprise.....hope springs eternal...LOL

Must I remind you Jon, between May 2009 and July 2009 you began your tenure here on this message board by posting more than a thousand messages? That was over a period of time less than 3 months, seven days per week, time stamped around the clock and including both the Memorial and Fourth of July holidays? For any who doubt this statement, like my very own posts on this board, you may review (and count) Jon's posts over the past six or so years. Fortunately to some, most especially trolls like our former pal DAVETAPE, he's slowed through the years while I have not...LOL For those who don't know, Jon (nowak488) also enjoyed a brief experience writing numerically analytic opinion on the subject of Titan that was published on the Seeking Alpha website (search Jon Novak) and please note Jon, I won't call you "disingenuous" but as I recall, a few of your printed opinions now in hindsight, did more or less take on a life of their own. Like your own, my viewpoint is me being genuine in the moment and like you, I express it in two forms, fact and opinion. Some people tend to confuse these two distinct positions, often in agreement with one another, but on the subject of Titan more often of late, they are diametrically opposed. Throughout the years I've noted Nowak488 and your alter (accidental) ego, Paula2000, frequently confuse when I'm venting and when I'm being sincere. Believing Jon to be both a sincere and decent man, a determination it took me years to come to on a personal level, I know him to most likely be what he claims by profession, an accounting professional. Knowing this, I've come to accept common character tenets of his trade as indicative of his personality type and so I don't take his comments, like the one above about my being disingenuous too much to heart. He, on the other hand, will take mine much differently. This is why although I often agree with Nowak488 on many things, some I absolutely do not. One thing can be said about Jon. He likes Titan.

JT, please read my response to Keller above. I know you are one of the ONLY completely sincere investors in Titan who posts here. I respect you and Staylon above all others on this board because of your long standing participation, not just in this board, but in Titan CCs and other events. Don't forget the cycle brother. I know it's been a long time since we've seen it but REAL LONGS (like you) know how this will play out. We can make a lot of money off the fools, haters and newbies in the interim. Pay attention brother. Soon, the board will be further inundated with more idiots trying to drown Titan's LONGS out in order to day trade and/or manipulate for other reasons, but we know how to beat them at their own game don't we?....LOL Best of luck to you and please keep posting here.

  • jodiesandy1 jodiesandy1 Jun 9, 2015 10:43 PM Flag

Keller, you have been here a fairly LONG time and so you KNOW that GOOD NEWS always makes Titan go down. Remember, this has all been seen/done before and there are many who are accumulating now, with the HELP of MMs and other positioned manipulators. You must give it a few weeks and watch the price rise steadily, a few cents per day. three or four days per week. If you swing trade this trash, it's money in the bank, dependent on how risk averse you are (which cannot be that much, since you own TTNP). The SP is definitely headed north to around $1.20s, where it will stabilize long enough for SB to dilute existing shareholders in order to raise money for operations (translation, SB & MR's inflated salaries) thru Probuphine approval. Approval will take 5 times, or more, longer to gain, as usual and that's before we ever see a dollar made, 90 cents of which goes to Braeburn. You HAVE to KNOW the drill by now. Swing trade now. Make some money. This has been a tough play for years. Now it's a sitting duck. Again, all of this in my opinion but it's worth several hundred to a grand a day for the next two months if you're patient and want to put in the time.....Tom

Yes, I know they do that. This story link was in their rotating slider list that plays constantly, not the LONG list of "relevant links we think you'll like" down below it. I viewed this on my IPAD while on an overnight flight, without being signed in to my Yahoo account, via an application called "Splashtop" (basically, it's an apple compatible terminal emulator) an app that allows me to control my computers in my various offices and homes from anywhere I travel in the world. I think it was a post and not just my history because I also checked my browser history but again, even if it was caused by a tracking app, CNN wrote and posted a story about Titan regardless Yahoo's presentation. That's a lot more impressive than anything we've seen from Titan in a VERY long time.

Try "The Great Courses" website. They sell VERY useful training for all levels of trading and finance, but they have courses on many other topics. They're reputable, as is evidenced by the thousands of detailed reviews posted by their students. You can use a DVD, audio and/or video stream to move as quickly as you like through the material. Their instructors are prominent people who skillfully teach the basics to advanced topics in absence of disorganization and misinformation, real teachers, not hucksters and shills trying to sell you some system or service. The courses are not too cheap but they are relatively affordable for the average person. You can also buy their materials used, on other online sites around the web, if money is an issue. The better topics are hard to find, so you may have to wait a while before one's posted. A lot of people enjoy their classes so much, they keep the materials for future reference. I sincerely doubt you'll find a competent coach by requesting one here. More likely you'll get the unwanted attention of the many creeps and trolls who lurk in these places hoping to exploit you. GLTY.....

  • A story on Titan (consisting of today's PR and comments from Ling and others) was briefly listed/inked on Yahoo's home page as of 4:45am...Maybe it will remain as a link available throughout the day....Reference is to yesterday's CNN story titled: "Titan Pharmaceuticals Reports Positive Results From Phase 3 Study of Probuphine for Opioid Addiction" for search purposes.... This kind PR is a NICE departure from the normal SB opens mouth inserts foot....Maybe new PR gal was a good choice but I still advise her to collect her pay in cash...LOL

Your post made me chuckle. Many here know me and since I read sincerity in your post, I will give you my time, albeit almost certain to be unappreciated. First, I am glad you made money on Titan. I have not before losing a ton. You see, at one time, I was a substantial investor in Titan (2009-2010.) I believed their story because it was far more than convincing to me, based upon many long hours of DD. Then I attended their FDA Adcom. Since 2013 some disturbing things learned have caused justified suspicion over time, especially given consistent negatively manipulative consequences of a pattern of specific business decisions, one investigation of the resignation of a certain board member, and a few other things related to SB and MR's dealings with people closely associated to a series of failures resulting in significant loss of ROI to all but insiders, capital buds, and cronies. You seem an intelligent person, given the typical board poster here and I get it, you're mad at me. Given you're not a shill who used to pose as DAVETAPE, among the most skillful craftsmen in the appearance of cryptic ignorance I've ever read, until that is, the day he inadvertently used a masterful industry-only medical term in context, thereby giving away both his identity and intent. DaveTape immediately evaporated but the memory of him lingers here, like much of Titan's history does within me. I'm not bothered the least by your profits. I do precisely the same thing as you, just not daily. I swing trade Titan but no post of mine manipulates. I express both facts and opinions here, like everyone else. Please realize the difference. I apologize when my facts are wrong but will never do so for my opinions. One thing you can surely count on. I'm not going anywhere. Meantime, if you choose to spar with me on facts about Titan, like others, you'll find me a worthy adversary and I invite you to do so. On the other hand, if you don't like my opinions, just put me on ignore. GLTY

I too like the numbers but remember, numbers were a problem with P3b and so, I'll await their verification and accuracy. It's a tough call, the way the FDA more or less used the CRL to relegate Probuphine from a first-line treatment, while at the same time requiring more data. It was more or less a devious way of saying, "Even if/when you finally succeed, we're still holding you back." Frankly, in my opinion their CRL stunk to high heaven, comparatively speaking. I strongly suspect a fix was in with two of the panelists and frankly, it wouldn't be the first time the FDA let it happen intentionally either (DNDN?). Trouble is, this Braeburn's presence has always made me uncomfortable and again, frankly, it's a bit too convenient how their involvement in delays (an incomplete REMS at the panel for one thing) and a host of other business curiosities since the CRL, has now maneuvered old Braeburn into the tidy position of reaping the lion's share of investor profits, with their comparative minimal risk investment. Most of the costs for Probuphine's R&D have been born by little investors and high interest capitalization. Meantime, SB has made how many millions since the CRL? And MR? Meantime, SB gave away the milestones that would have rewarded us. Where exactly is Braeburn on the commercialization? Has anyone seen a sales force? How long will it take to get the Doctors up to speed, per the CRL requisites? Too many questions remain to evoke a lot of confidence at this point because for me, the P1,2&3 studies were already sufficient for approval. So now we have a study validation. Will the FDA again just flippantly dismiss? I've seen it too many times to take odds at this point. Even on approval though, how much is this really worth now? Singing PN for Parks is just a clown car for newbies and pumpers. Longs know PN (and Parks) is too future to value anything into it except the dilutions SB and MR plan to finance it in absence of royalties from Probuphine(aka Fanapt).

Check your facts idiot/jenkins-nut-sack. I've been consistently right about Titan on all facts I've quoted since 2009, or I've apologized in writing for my mistakes. Don't confuse facts with opinion. They're two distinctly different things. Like all here, I freely address the facts and I freely express my opinion. For the record, not only that but I have probably done more DD on Titan than I care to recount for you, a passing flea on an otherwise desolate white space. I am among but a handful of retail investors who attended the Probuphine FDA panel in Bethesda, MD, an action I somewhat now regret, as it caused me to become too emotionally attached to an investment that cost me, for a time, probably more than you could ever hope to make in your trailer park/ Wal Mart lifetime. I invite those who care (and must say I do feel sorry for any who do) to research all of my posts on Titan, dating back May 12, the day I officially joined this MB 2009, using the ID: jodiesandy. In 2011, I also used an ID: amiastin, posting for levity and to lighten an otherwise dark interchange among a core of 5 board IDs who were jousting among themselves over a disagreement regarding Titan's P3 and opiod dependencies, as pertained to the sub lingual buprenorphine film of RB versus BDSI. Then in late 2012, I began to use a variation of my ID: jodiesandy sic jodiesandy1, due to a glitch in Yahoo's MB re-design. Jodiesandy1 is the ID I use almost exclusively. My real name is Tom. My posts earlier than 2012 were archived, since Yahoo converted to a new MB design back then, wiping out search-on-ID capabilities prior to that time. They're still out there though, freely available in the archives if one chooses to take the time to look, and again, I feel sorry for anyone who feels compelled to do so.. As for Titan's history, which I often quote with great cynicism, it too is readily available to any who care to look. So again, like so many before you, you're the one who's dead wrong.

LB, I've run the numbers too, the ones they've published and those I suspect are the real ones, given various estimations based on the global perception I possess of their blatant chicanery. I believe this was/is a multi-decade, public/private investment-perpetuated, intentionally badly run enterprise, financed mostly with public sector investor's money, run either by the worst business people on the ground still standing, or a bunch of shrewd and ruthless sociopaths bent on a marginally legal deception for profit, aggregating millions in personal enrichment through the application of science, research and product development of known unsubstantial applications; all in my own opinion of course. Obviously, I no longer buy their tales. I trade their paper and wait for the class, as I formerly possessed an amount between 1.4 and 3.9 percent (for you lawyers researching who I am [MR]), I will be one of the larger plaintiffs (good luck finding out who I am meantime but keep pinging my Yahoo trying to hack it. I use a TOR ping/net and a seriously difficult VPN, along with quadruple authentication.) And yes, I've seen the Yahoo authentication key requests....In other words, I've been watching you too.... Here's my best guess as certain as their next dodge: Next comes their acquisition for a few pennies over the 120 day MA, discounted by warrants and other mark downs. I figure the shareholders will net .73 to .85, after they've discredited the study, announce a delay for the NDA and a new offering to finance the next 3 years, plus Parks R&D, while waiting 2 years to get the commercialization up to speed. SP will be run down into the low .60s by December, then Braeburn (a shill for RB most likely) will jump in with a 25% premium to shareholders that brings us back to the previously stated range. But heck, what do I know? All of this is my opinion of course but I hope that new gal they hired for PR gets her pay in cash. I wouldn't take a check from these guys...LOL

All lot of us have been waiting on news on ROW......FOR NEARLY A DECADE NOW, incidentally. Perhaps they'll find a small interior African country to buy the rights in exchange for magic Pygmies.... It appears ROW is running about the same as their so-called partnership agreement, time/priority-wise. Finally pretty much buying some hedge fund to pretend to put money up as a partner, only to manipulate the business in order to give it all back, doesn't really count as far as a real partnership is concerned, in my opinion. Meantime, It's not that I'm skeptical Probuphine will be approved but I'd really first like to see the new REMS meet the FDA's muster, and then to know for certain they didn't MISCALCULATE the study numbers again, like they did in P3b, thereby causing another 6-9 month delay. Just two minor points of dozens that matter before enthusiasm ensues. And geez, he FDA had to catch the mistake for them. That had to be really embarrassing for their statistical analyst, assuming it wasn't an intentional oversight on Titan's part. Again, I'm skeptical. Perhaps this is why they've hired a new NDA guy, or scapegoat, dependent on ones perspective. Anyone know if Walter Ling is still alive? Always a staunch advocate of Probuphine approval, even calling it the soon to be "gold standard" in treatment, Ling has to be getting up there. How old is he now, 90? Maybe he can still be an asset. Titan could sure use at least one credible outside person speaking up for them. That Zacks bunch with their bus-bench analyst, old what's his name...not at all convincing.... And just wait till Adam Feurstein does his predictable HIT PIECE. Hey, Jon, maybe you can hit Seeking Alpha up for a couple of those penny a page hit fluff pieces. You're becoming quite the writer thru the years. Certainly, a better writer than Feurstein, and then some.....

Not for nothing but in fairness to all, I'd strongly advise looking into Zacks real business, and specifically JN's long-standing informal-latitudinal corespondent relationship with Titan's SB through the years. In 2013, JN had a very public and I believe, embarrassing disagreement with his employers (Zacks) over a then scandalous matter I'd prefer left to the investigator to reveal for him/herself through conscientious DD. The info's easy to google with very little effort. Suffice to say that there are two things that are consistent where both Zacks and JN are concerned. One, Zacks pumps small companies for money (and I don't mean honorarium either), does so shamelessly in fact, thereby somewhat tarnishing their credibility in this claim. Two, JN is more often wrong than right in his analysis and has yet to ever under estimate Titan's future worth. In other words, Titan more often than not falls substantially short of JN's valuation predictions. While even a broken clock can be right twice per day, JN isn't even that consistent. Sorry, but putting a bunch of numbers on a dart board and tossing darts to determine Titan's future value is more likely to be accurate than either Zacks or JN. Next pump please.......
