Tan is so secretive I'd bet he doesn't even advertise the sales positions prior to filling them.

    Select stem cell partner
    – Initial outreach and interaction under way

This tells me they have a target stem cell company they are interested in and talking to. Question is who? I have some ideas

Personally I think the chronic market is more exciting and unfortunately has a much larger patient population to work with.

Anxious to see what deals Tan and Wang bring to the table for IDI. I also would have liked a better explanation of how 9188.com generates revs for us....AMCN it is my understanding they own the company that manufactures their screens so doing a joint venture using our screens would be a waste, but doesn't mean we cant go after their pissed off advertisers now after their screens failed.

Was looking for better follow through today after yesterdays action....They need to go after AMCN advertisers after that #$%$ report by AMCN, and they need another acquisition / alliance.

    Warrant Price change info?

Basically a pretty simple answer although not good. Initially the price was set at $2.50 in hopes that it was going to be easily attainable, that obviously didn't happen and wasn't going to happen soon enough so they dropped the price to raise the cash. Most of the warrants were bought by Frost, I'm pretty confident he is not happy with that investment thus far. So they raised money for the buildout and have slowed that whole project down as he now wants to partner more with others to do that. This is per his last conference call.

I believe at this point we do not have enough cash to gain a decent acquisition even with some shares which would dilute us. The share price is way down and would just cost far to much. So how do we grow from here. Tan certainly thus far has been slow to nonexistent on our buildout and his communication sucks at best.

We need a big catalyst to get this going and it is not going to come from Tan. This new CFO has some past business affiliations which they hinted towards doing business with in the news release. We are going to have to do an acquisition and I am thinking they will have to have somebody step up and lend the monies for that. Who will that be? Another warrant raise down here would have to be a lot of shares and we only have I think about 32million. Bottom line I think Frost will end up loaning the company the funds they need to do an acquisition to get this thing moving and I hope at that time put Peter in another capacity and not CEO.

Watch Market Maker EDGX he has been manipulating this for months. Sits on the ask with large blocks all day. end of day comes they try driving it down , usually starts within the last 30 minutes of trading. I have notified CEO and BOD in the past and no response.
I think it is time for Dr. Frost to step in and do something. Other than the warrant news we have had one press release in the last year, that is unacceptable. While Peter may have some great ideas and foresight in this market he does not have the ability to implement them. He has been at the helm for 2.5 years and our value has declined almost 50%. He has been unable to expand into the other cities as was promised. We need leadership that is able to deliver and that communicates with their shareholders.

The MM EDGX is now no where to be found on the ask. We have a 10k block at .97 by NSDQ it will be interesting to see how this reacts if we blow through that block........
