This is old news.
Please provide the website link to the buyout offer.
$4 by Friday?
I was fooled by the numbers on this one. I have a few buy orders in at 3.50 and 2.75.
More like today.
50 today
Yes it looks like the insider buying was to try and build false confidence in investors minds. Well it failed miserably. Probably under $5 by late today or tomorrow.
KEG stinks. Lost .50 cents in a few days on good news.
$8 within 45 days is almost a certainty.

The link has been posted a few hours ago on StockTwits as well as on the SEC website. Since the Form 4's have been made public, after hours has been strong and we should see a nice increase tomorrow. I agree, this is extremely oversold. The selling lacks any basis except for the routine down turn in the industry in Q1. Otherwise, this company is completely sound. But as another user posted, just keep buying on these drops and you'll be greatly rewarded in Q2.

Here are mine in favor: Price/Earnings 8.65x, Price/Sales 0.46x, Price/Book 0.72x, Price/Cash Flow 2.81x, PEG value of 0.97, debt to total cap ratio of 36%, and RoA, Rev Per Employee, and RoE of 3.83%, $261,342.70, and 8.30% respectively.
Now #$%$ and crawl back to your trailer park you white trash McDonald's employee. I could buy and sell you several times over.

I sold a while back and made a killing. Moved on since then.
I wonder what the drop is based on today? Seems like too big of a drop of this.
It's an excellent buy at this price. Easily $4+ within a few months.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Zero accumulation so far. I doubt this will be over 3.50 in a year let alone 5.00!
love the movement
