And, the day before this CitiGroup Press Release of the $11 Price Target, the stock was at $8.06.
That is, the stock has COLLASPED BELOW the day of the pump and dump. Why?
What caused the 50% collapse as I did not see any bad news. In fact May 30th, there was the Oncology Conference for 2015 and they released data hat appeared good but right after that conference when the stock was at $10.80, the stock continued to fall for two weeks to bottom at $6.86.
Why is it after each conference, the stock continues to fall?
It is funny you recommend CARA and it is going up since July 1st and before that so many insiders selling at $10 and under. No one seems to know why and why stocks go up or down. there is just so much manipulation.
Is it going to fall 6 straight days?
The guy above doesn't realize the stock price is about 40% more than the cash on hand. And, since not even in Phase 2 yet, there will be dilution in 10 months or so to get more cash.

Whenever you see pure cash approx the equivalent of total market cap (which is rare if ever) it is a signal that the stock is unbelievably undervalued
After each good news, the stock drops by so much.
What is wrong with this company?
It is horrible they tricked so many people who bought over $10 and they are down -35%
Does anyone no the reason the stock would collapse 50% from May 8th to June 17th?
And on May 29th it was at $10.47. Then on a Saturday the 30th the was that Phase 1 Data reported at the 2015 American Society of Clinical Oncology that appears to be a good data report. But from May 30th to Jun 17th, the stock just kept declining to $6.86 to bottom. That is just an incredible drop. Can anyone explain this????
Calithera Reports Phase I Data for CB-839 in Patients with Solid Tumors at the 2015 American Society of Clinical Oncology
But they are burning cash and not even through Phase 1 yet. Do you realize this?
Can you explain why $8 didn't hold with all the good conference news and Citigroup price target of $10 and the 4 top executives excercised their options. so, why is the stock falling for 5 straight days?
If you are 40 years in the market, i was presuming you were over 65.
why do you think people keep on selling all the time to $6.60? And, that happened after the May 30th Data Conference for Oncology and in mid-June after the NYC conference. In both cases, the stock kept falling after the conferences. The news was good and positive and you can read the PRESS RELEASE. So, why do people sell? Especially since January - May all the trades are between $33-$10 and only dropped below $10 after May 30th Oncolology data presentation.
Does this make sense? Who would sell if everyone has bought so much over $10 with only 8.1 million float? If you sell now, you would just lose so much. You are right that it must be naked shorting and people are making money by pushing it down. If anything, it should have based at $10 and just sit there instead of 5 days now of being NEGATIVE RED.
Look at the history of this stock. It is always one big news that moves the stock up but there is never any follow-though and 4-5 days later it hits first bottom.
You just appeared to day and never even posted before. I bet you really don't know what they do and that they have absolutely no revenues and are in just Phase 1 and can't even have nay drugs to sell for at least 6 years. Do you realize that?
