pls read the following quote from the DCTH conf call after the recent earnings report:

"During 2012, we submitted applications for regulatory approvals for the CHEMOSAT system for melphalan in Hong Kong, Singapore, Argentina and Brazil, and expect to receive approvals in most of these markets in 2013."

2013 will be a launch year for DCTH & Melblez.. After all approvals are in place from 5 countries, 2014 will be in full play. This is why I am LONG, DCTH. It will start with the US and spread throughout. The reason why the company needs the ATM because of the approval processes of 5 different countries are being fulfilled. Those are alot of regulation hurdles to leap. As an investor, I welcome the ATM process, instead of DEBT, because interest on the debt is worse than debit itself and will quickly swallow up the company revenue. With this prospective in mind, I am long XIN well beyond 2015. I am not long because of people who, on this board sadly to say, maybe pumping the stock. Nor will I be made afraid by such people who bash the stock. My aunt has cancer and I pray to GOD she is able to use the Melblez system.

could someone please tell me the bottom line on this company, has trails started in the US? whats going on in Europe? explain the mystery investor? and whats this will have or not? why did they change ceo? is the entire trial reimbursable, if so, does that mean the company does not have to pay anything for trials.?could someone give me some bottom facts about these questions and the company.

DCTH will go down when the FDA publishes its pre-liminary and REMS report on Melblez....FDA reports are supposed to be negative, their job is to look for whats wrong with a product and be convinced otherwise, they are not cheerleaders.. This will drive the stock down, but the panel & FDA will approve Melblez in MAY & June.. the pop will not be much, and TTNP shows us that... this is the new way run ups are played now, they are no longer like they were in the past, because the greedy people of wall street do not like the little guy to win.. sorry guys, this is just how it is now.. bottom line: after approval in June we could be right back at the place we are today..
