Actually, Pan is one of the buyers with Anshan, so he will still be the majority owner. I say the deal does happen, the money transfers and HPJ is off to the races in PV and EV batteries- I believe the stock will triple by year end.
Yo Shortdik, you want to make a profit, you hope you are wrong, you cast negative aspersions on a daily basis. You're a liar and you're a short-seller. Wherever you go the kharma's hangin on you like a burial suit. Life's short, get one.
The product works, I am taking something similar but not as well developed or manufactured from a Canadian company.. The market is huge, Bigger than Alzheimer's, bigger than HepC. Highly probable the ingredients will be approved as GRAS meaning fast approval and time to market, Plenty of cash until then,
Not only will it enable HPJ to be a tier 1 EVB and ESB supplier, but the cash infusion but according to my quick calc. it adds 3.50 per share cash to the post deal balance sheet, fully diluted. Bottom line insiders are paying almost $6 per share. Next few weeks are the time to accumulate.
All hail johngunn51 Who can see around corners!. SCO 225 Feb.11. And 144 March 04. The SCO will be below 80 by year end.... so drop yer #$%$ and grab yer stocks!

Just announced head of Google R&D to lead development of liquid biopsy "GRAIL" circulating blood based DNA tests for "sensitive, early detection of cancers". Company is unit of Illumina (sequencers) and hopes to be be spun off in separate IPO and and have product for commercial launch in 2019. $100mil early stage funded by Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos among others. Going forward, this is going to get a lot of attention, a LOT.... Right now, ICE COLD PCR is the grail. I think Illumina or someone who wants to play with Illumina in the grail space will buy TBIO. This is a story that is just beginning...
What the next pres ought to do is put a $10 per barrel tax on imported oil until they stop dumping at ridiculous prices. This would support the domestic industry to do it right and expand. We only consume 18mil a day, and production is 10mil and should be increasing not decreasing. Jobs, good jobs, high tech and industrial. It would be an economic boon.
