Zao is Singapore citizen, no longer Taiwanese. Zao made several billions during the tenure as UMC CEO and Chairman.
Zao even served as presidential adviser for Taiwan President Cheng. LEDS has no operational cash with additional $6 billion venture capital firm in Singapore to back up. -
