must be nice to be able to move the markets!!
New York Times-Jun 25, 2014
TOKYO — Japan's government and the country's top carmakers, ... The government is also aiming to create 100 hydrogen fuel stations.....
BLDP PPS..... going up!!
Dave...what I was saying is Toyota will validate HFC's. The Media campaign will undoubtedly bring in more investors to the sector.
Just a "compliance" move on Toyota's part..wrong Google it many articles about how serious Japan is about HFC's.
Barring a big time market crash BLDP will be over $10 next year .
When the public is made aware of HFC's they will push for the infrastructure to be quickly built.
It is a gamble at this point as to how successful BLDP will be long term. Short term it's hard to deny that it's PPS will move higher with the increased media attention HFC's will get.
Question for you DAVE.....will Toyota's HFC car print ads and TV commercials that we all will be seeing soon......Help the HFC sector ? Maybe just a few investors will want to get a few shares of the publicly traded HFC companies? Maybe it helps validate the use of Hydrogen and BLDP will do more business?
Keep in mind i didn't ask if will HFC take over the world!
I do think that when the world sees the potential of HFC it will help to speed up the Hydrogen infrastructures growth. Do you think this will help BLDP's sales??
It's not to late Dave... BLDP at $4 is a share is a steal!
Lucky for BLDP and the entire HFC sector that Toyota will be educating the world with the soon to come media blitz for it's HFC cars. This will validate the entire group and will bring many new investors BLDP's way.
It's not the fault of the Fuel cell companies that they were bid up to insane levels in 2000.
As we now know this was a mistake ...the technology was not ready..until now!
The Funny thing is the pendulum has swung the other way BLDP is at break even,,,soon to make a profit and it's a $4 stock. Investors are gun shy...afraid of getting burned again. In my opinion BLDP is should be a $10 stock on it's potential alone.....
I see you don't believe in HFC's but like it or not Hydrogen cars are being made....Millions are being spent on the Hydrogen infrastructure. This in it self is enough to ensure that HFC's stocks will continue to move higher.
Will HFC's do away with EV or gas power vehicles...??
I think all three will be around for some time....the key is as oil prices continue to rise and "WHEN" a cheaper..greener way of producing Hydrogen is invented ,,,,then you will see HFC's become the dominant power source.
What more do you need...When the TV commercials start and the world sees that drinkable water is the only emission from HFC's...BLDP is gonna explode to the upside. Add in the backup power business also ...further down the road residential fuel cells for the home as the costs continue to fall and the Hydrogen infrastructure grows... also have to think that HFC powered water craft will be a big thing with the world wanting to be greener.
I think the POP and drop in BLDP and PLUG was a well orchestrated.. desprate attempt to discredit the Fuel cell sector. Keeping the PPS low in the few publicly traded HFC stocks in the short term limits their ability to raise capital by having lower secondaries but this will be just a small bump in the road.....a tiny Blip on a soon to be beautiful chart.
hmmm... food for thought.
There is much interest in HFC's.... as the Hydrogen infrastructure grows so will BLDP's PPS.......
Can't wait for Bloom Energy to IPO soon and really add some fuel to the entire sector!
I am very long BLDP..... not concerned about the price...movement/manipulation day to day. I do question that there has been little in new deal/sales being announce with all the talk of growth in HFC one would think that a decent portion would find it's way to BLDP. Still much too quiet. Still holding.
Infrastructure is growing regardless of the gloom and doom articles on HFC.
Google it. Big $$ being spent, Toyota now betting big on fuel cells.
Still BLDP is sub $4,,,,, not for long.
When you start seeing this type of advertising on TV ... We will see many new investors getting in to HFC stocks. Just a matter of time...
Hydrogen infrastructure is growing.. Shorting BLDP seems very foolish with PPS sub $4.
I get it old energy want to keep making trillions.... so they will try to keep HFC stocks down...
no problem...I am hold BLDP long term!!
Am I they only one that finds it strange that UTC sells their patents to BLDP, at the same time Clearedge is closing it's doors with talks of bankruptcy.
From what I read Clearedge was paid over $20 million to take the Fuel cell division off UTC hands in 2012.
UTC lost like $220 million on it's fuel cell division. But UTC still retained the patents ..till now.
Seems like UTC just put a big red bow on BLDP .... but why?
With the big air quality problem in most of the large cities across the globe. Many cities will begin the use of HFC buses....... more will follow as Hydrogen infrastructure grows.
