Because theyre letting their family buy shares at a discounted price, don't worry load up now it will be in the upper 80's by earnings!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Google the article yourself, MBLY is going into the Caddy so GM & keep pace with Ford & Mercedes, No brainer this pots into the 50's next week & will get into a momentum range of 50 - 60 until earning's. Buy the dips (I just did) sell it higher then the last daily high.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Loaded up in the 46 range yesterday, I could not resist, when I dropped a fib chart on MBLY 69$ ps is were the 38 fib extends to.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • However, this stock would scare the daylights out of me if I was short right now. I bought in the 82 range, I'm currently going against my rules of 2% loser, move on & in against the trend. I cant bring myself to sell because it takes all day to find a low and 10 minutes to recover almost all it lost for the day. When the AlibabaipoIPO is over in a week or two I know this thing is going to 90.

    ANY THOUGHTS?

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

I'm just wondering what you see that makes you see high 80's, low 90's next week?

Palo Alto is reporting on the 9th of September, retail shorts will cover this afternoon, & institutions will cover after Palo Alto earnings & conference. This stock will ride the coat tails of Palo Alto excellent earnings, and then finish the job with better then expected earnings when it reports in November.
As for lack luster movement from hacking news, be honest going from 27 to 35 in one week isn't a good move???

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • johnnyporkchop2000 by johnnyporkchop2000 Sep 3, 2014 1:48 PM Flag

Hmmm, lets see, the people that cover this stock say
    YELP vs QIHU
1- QIHU 130 plus over the next year. / Yelp 88 plus over the next year, (BTW On August 26th Barclay raised this years growth to 145$ ps from 139$ ps)
2- Zacks article anticipate almost 100 pct growth from the 3rd 1/4 compared to last years 3rd quarter.
3- I know it isn't Apples to Apples as far as company structure, but they are both new company that are growing,
4- Gross Margin 85% (Better then Yelp)
5-Operating Margin 17.5% (Better then Yelp)
6-Pretax Margin 20.7% (Better then Yelp)
7-Net Profit Margin 17.4 (Better then Yelp)
8-Over 10% short position probably around 12% with the people that chased & got in late
I will say the P/E ratio is high(80.7) for my taste (but thanks to the shorts running this down to 84.20 today I was willing to overlook that issue)
6 out of the last 7 1/4 beat the street & the other one meet expectation. Sounds like this company is headed in the right direction
Based on these facts I would say there is much more upside then downside on this stock!!! I'm more then willing to read up on any negative news to help educate me regarding QIHU. Thank you

    Daily Bullish Death Cross

    by johnnyporkchop2000 Sep 2, 2014 8:58 AM

You like that :) It's a term I thought of all by myself regarding the signals I use on my MACD for a daily chart. So far it has been working for me.
Basically a bullish signal on the MACD histogram & a cross of the MA with the signal line on a daily chart after 38% retracement on a Fibonacci . In almost every instance I've back checked it has continued the trend reverse for 8 - 10% within 5-8 weeks. It worked in this case also. Bought at 28.10 on the way up.
How knows maybe I'll be it will be named the PORKCHOP theory :)

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

They don't call it a daily bullish death cross because people should go short, they call it a bullish death cross because if you go short it may be the death of your brokerage account.
LAST WEEK FEYE HAD A "DAILY BULLISH DEATH CROSS" this week we find out David Tepper increased his funds shares, we find out it is one of the top 4 tech stocks likely to breakout, Analysis's are upgrading the stock, the stock is trading at 31-32 range and people are talking about if it can hold the 33.50 / 35 range it will test 39/41 again. 12 month high over 97, 12 month low over 25.50, Gov contracts, only positive news on earning call, beat the street 3 out of 4, and went even on the other.
I'm going to take my chances and stay long, buy out or not this stock is going to see the upwards of 33.50 / 35 this week & if it holds the low 40's, & if there is an offer it will be for over that!!!
That being said short's good luck as always I like when everyone makes money especially me :)

End of the month, if we don't close over 30 tomorrow, I think Thursday & Friday we will see a sell off and be in the 27.75 / 28.25 range.
That being said, we didn't get to the 50 fib (28.53) if that holds up tomorrow, I like the chance of 30 before the sell off Friday.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

it has a floor of 25.58 - 26 per share, after it hit that low it went back to 42 so slow down on the no floor comment. After Palo Alto reports good earnings this stock will move back up!

Last time I checked, IBD is a pretty reputable source. Lets keep our fingers crossed. Heck, even with the rumor of a buy out I would expect shares to get back into the low 30's. I just added to my position at 28

I just want to thank the shorts for making me a quick 10% going long at 7.65. Keep shorting this institution so I can go long again when it approach's the 8$ mark so I can put my profits back to work & let it sit there until it hits 50 again :)

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
