  • Twitter is expected to earn .04 this year, .25 next year and since thats a 6 times increase from one year to the next, I'll be conservative and price only a 4 four times increase for the year after that which gets you to a super conservative $1 per share earnings expected for FY 2016. Looking at the forward PE Facebook enjoys right now as of today since Facebook is about a 1.5 year more mature publicly traded company since Facebook went public about that much sooner means using Facebooks current 1 year expected forward PE to value where Twitter should trade 1 year from now makes sense. So, when you put a 90 to 100 forward PE on the expected $1.00 per share earnings for Twitter's FY 2016 which will be the forward PE number about a year from now gets you to a trading price conservatively of 90 to 100 in the next 12-18 months, this is guaranteed easy triple in the next 12-18 months, mark this post down for then!!!!!!

Your wrong about the teens, it will never happen and even lets say hypothectially your right, I will personally sue Facebook then for not making a buyout offer for twitter if it went that low, it aint gonna happen morons, that's equivalent to saying Facebook was hitting 8-12 when it was in the 19s which never materialized either. If not a single company doesn't make a buyout offer for Twitter even a hostile one for crying out loud if the teens were to happen then Id be dumbfounded to no end, dumbfounded so much means it ain't gonna happen but you can wish it if you like, that's your perogrative. To think Twitter will hit the teens when the overall stock market is at all time highs when companies are flush with cash for buyout offers and interest rates to borrow with are at all time lows making it an even more attractive time to do buyout offers as well due to low interest rate accomodative Federal Reserve in perpetuity, your crazy to believe that its possible and that's even with assuming Twitter's fundamentals are #$%$ and Heaven help you if your wrong about that too.

Your right but thats the way the shorts always have been and always will be because if they weren't they'd never become shorts to begin with if they knew what's best for them......

Except for the fact that they really don't have to beg. If they just mention and I mean mention they are considering takers for a 10 percent stake or God forbid outright sell, the stock would set fire to the shorts like no tomorrow with margin calls to the yen yang unless they got call protection in full. Shorts who are doing it with no call protection are just playing with fire!!!!

For a bear your actually halfway intelligent. Your right it is a fools game, its a fools game to stay bearish too long as well and at some point you need to flip that switch to the long side as well before it bites you in the butt if you know what I mean. Its easy to be right at tops and its easy to be right while its making a true bottom but the turn which is inebdible at some pont is not so easy to be right about and I hope you don't fall prey to the fallacy of thinking it stays that way forever just because its worked so far. There is a reason on the commercials they end with this caveat: Past results don't guarantee future ones.

What, are you serious, are you 6 years old, what company wouldn't want to buyout Twitter just on brand recognition alone, my 6 year old son is even smart enough to realize this. He's smarter than you will ever be. I'm a CPA by profession and am way smarter with this stuff than you will ever be. I predicted MSFT buying out Nokia before it happened and that was a way more dangerous bet than a bet on Twitter as Nokia's technology was obsolete, Twitters' is no where close, friend, no where close. I'm trying to help you with your money too but some people just can't be helped.....
