I am a stockholder here. I have been following them for almost 2 years now. I must admit that I found this company through one of those damn "scammer penny stock newsletter sites" BUT, I have learned my lessons and now trade with knowledge, not heart. Due Diligence! Don't sign up for any newsletter email/text things. They get paid to suck you in and if they think they can pull off a major gain, they will buy prior to sending you an alert. As for BION, my suggestion would be to look at what they are planning, what states are backing them, look at their financials, look at "their" press releases, even contact them. Adam will respond if you ask respectful questions. Very nice guy. Then, really understand how this will revolutionize the nitrogen arena. Yeah, I should have sold when this stock hit $.4 last December, but I was in a dark place in my life and I just wanted to see it rise and rise so I could solve my own financial issues. I would have done very well had I sold then. I know a lot more than I did then and I make better decisions. I hold stock in 3 penny options and then I have other blue chip type stocks. I am truly enamored by companies that are environmentally sound and what Bio Nitrogen will accomplish is awesome. Check out CVR Partners. They are up and running but they aren't green. They use Natural gas as a feedstock where BION will use feedstock that normally ends up in landfills. I was really hoping for a solution to our garbage problem, but I guess natural feedstock(vegetation/tree waste) is more useful and probably generates more therms. I'm hoping once they get functional, they'll tackle the landfill problem.
Why would you invest in this company. They have no sales and idea of when they might happen. They haven't posted anything since 2007. FMR(Flash Market Research) buys a stock like this and then tells you "it's time". As you buy in and the price goes up. Who do you think you're selling too. It's not "the market" people. It's FMR. Get a clue. Don't take chances with your hard earned money on fake stocks. Do some due diligence.
of course. as soon as I say something, 21k hits the board. #$%$. Oh well. I would like to say if anyone has looked into this start-up, and has done their due diligence, they would understand why this company is taking so long to take off. They are being back by the states, Florida and Georgia, to build plants. They are getting bond money. First bonds have to sell. The other major issue is the production of their equipment. If what they have told me and what they say in their PR is true, they should break ground in the spring. Look at UAN. They have a similar company, but they just produce energy. Fertilizer is far more profitable. Go look at their website and look at the PR. Contact them. Adam has never ignored my emails.
I'm with Rod on this. I have followed Bio Nitrogen for two years now. I've even spoken to Bryan K. I certainly wouldn't listen to blow hard people that get paid to make wild claims. Today looks like a bad day. I too, own stock here. Why is there no volume today?
I definitely agree with brown here. I've tried both emails addresses and they both kick back or show invalid. The phone # is real and they answer as NL but they do not give info and they don't return calls. I've been watching this for two years now. I bought when I thought the time was right and tripled my money. I thought about doing it again, but I gotta believe this company is a front.
