The following list of bio tech companies all have an FDA approved drug and check out their current PPS...
, , , & . Is this what we have to look forward too? When a drug is not marketed properly, sold or satisfies a societal need, this is what happens. Thank God we have a market in need!

KERX CFO Sold 144,000 shares Sept 10

Didn't stop "The Street" from treating it as a negative! They look at everything from the negative perspective.

  • Look at their last three pieces, they are all negative and contribute to the downturn in the stocks recent slide. Today's is a repeat I have see many times in the past. When they rate a stock as a "sell", they site the same verbage over and over, it's actually a canned statement. They say things like we are not high on them now because of their lack or earnings (well no kidding, they haven't launched their product yet), and a few other things that you can read yourself. If you read their article, none of what they are saying is specific to KERX, it's just typical garbage that the reuse to help the shorty fight. It's rather comical. I sent an e-mail to Cramer's lackey, Stephanie and complained that they are always on the negative side of all companies and use their canned pieces to cause problems. Of course I did not get a response and Cramer being a former Hedge Hog himself, knows only one way to invest. They are a sickening organization and one that should not get any creedance from anyone.

Yes there is! As a 10% holder he is considered an insider and must declare a "sale" or "buy" three days in advance so as not to be accused of knowing inside information. If they wanted to sell now, they would get next Tuesday's prices. I think I have that correct.

  • They are down 10% on the news. Sound familiar? Another biotech with high short activity. Look at their 5 day chart compared to ours. If you can see the similarity then you can use this information on the next bio tech you invest in. They are all controlled the same way and the MB sound similar as well.

It's funny on firm goes from $16 to $14 and we drop $4 and another firm raises estimates to a level that's $18 more than current levels and we still drop 2%. Doesn't seem to jive now does it??

Why are you worrying about 5 years from now? Are you planning on just sitting back waiting and hoping? If you are, you are better than I am. I want to make money everyday not just once in 5 years.

MGM, if you truly are a long term investor like you say than you should know that your phone call transcript, as accurate as it may sound, will produce nothing! Hopefully it will make you feel better because that's all it's worth. The stock continues to fall which is a slap in the face of Ron that even with another presentation, he had nothing more meaningful to say and the company's stock price is in the control of MM and short sellers for the foreseeable future. If you only wanted a short term bump in the stock to try and save some capital, you did not get that either. I see calling Amy as a waste of time with no means to an end. She is a PR person and does nothing but tell you what you want to hear. Her loyalty is to her boss, not to the stock holders. I bet you I could call her anytime, and get the same information but like I said, it won't mean anything. It's about making money and Ron's inability to get a strategic partner or buyer by now is causing problems. One slip up in marketing, sales numbers or product handling and we drop to single digits and then you my friend are screwed. All those shares you bought in the $15's and up and worthless right now. That's gotta sting a bit huh? My rant is over but the drop in PPS is far from it. We hit $14 by the end of the week unless we get more downgrades. If that's what FBR says it must be true!!

Don't even need a ruler to align the lower highs and the lower lows from today. Nice job MM don't make it look too obvious? At some point the shorts will get tired of making money and listen to the longs whine and complain and go hit another stock that looks promising and lucrative. Write off the week and the rest of the month. This pig is heading to the wood shed! No rally in sight here for a while.

Let me see, you would rather let it drop to a new low than cash it in at a higher level??? Looking for any swamp land anywhere in the US? Just let me know, I'm sure I could sell you something. You think that by showing up and pretending to be someone you're not makes you part of the crowd. Well you see how fast people check on your origin as a poster and you have been exposed. Good bye!

This the third retreat and bounce in the last three trading days. They cannot seem to knock it down any further (for now). Once NCE gets rejected, we break down to the next level but for now $14.80+ is our support. I am looking for an upper limit to trade between as this stock is now trading o technical levels and no more on speculation.

"queerback" doesn't actually state "who" is in discussions with Sanofi and "what" the discussions are so she is fine legally. She is just trying to make a name for herself. She get ignored over time.
