So was many others, myself included. I predicted about $22 the whole time.

Did you see the two drops to high $16s right before the halt? Do you think that was just by coincidence, NO! The MM new what was coming and allowed the shorts to cover a little then all of a sudden we drop like a rock to $14.80 when we resume trading a few hours later when Ron and Greg on the CC acted as if they had a $100 stock on their hands. They answered every question that was trying to pry some negativity out of the company to help with dropping the price (again to benefit the shorts). They were asked if the had enough cash on had, the status of NCE and why the warning on the label. The responses didn't seem to matter because the MM decided they were taking it down for someone who wanted in or out at the $14.80 level. Immediately following there was tons of buying. Seem a little fishy to you? Well it's really not because this manipulation is the new norm if you don't learn from it and trade around it accordingly, you can get burned. Your eternal happy attitude is out in space and is for those that don't have an F____ing clue. Stay off the boards unless you have something meaningful to say. I now realize why you were on ignore and unto ignore you shall return.

Dude you have to wake up. We are stuck at $17 to $18 until options expire a few weeks from now. Why is the stock going up next week when the "sell the news" is in full play right now. There is no need for shorts to cover anymore and there is no reason for any upgrades until next year when we generate sales. Your enthusiasm while positive gets old and is so far from realism. What happened to the $50 and $100 levels you were so confident about the last few weeks? All of a sudden you are content with $30 now??

Someone needs to convince me that the two drops to the mid $16's literally minutes before the halt weren't just a coincidence?? The shorts found out the drug would be approved but learned of the warning label issue and forced the PPS down to the mid $16's. Some how we ended up at $14.80 when we re-opened and close to two million shares were exchanged already. This is classic manipulation here folks. The halt is the opportunity given to the shorts to work out their issues. They get their shares processed probably during the halt ahead of everybody else but they don't show up until we open. Here's my negative take on things based on the way the day shook out: We have no name right now, NCE status is unknown but really doesn't do that much because of patent protection, we have a surprise warning on the label, we don't have any other news until mid 2015 and someone wants the PPS at $17 now, probably a look ahead at Sept options. Forget the approval, today was a bad day for longs based on everyone's expectations! Not only did we not make the 30% to 50% pop, no short squeeze (which I wasn't expecting anyway), no upgrades coming anytime soon and on top of that we all took hot to our portfolio! Sounds like a good day to me huh? If we don't break through the $18 level with good volume, it will become a hard resistance level because of the last 5 trading days. Time will tell. My rant is over and so is today. Tomorrow is another day and we all still have to keep working!

    NCE Delay

If you listened to the CC today, Ron stated very clearly that it didn't matter. They have patent protection to cover what the NCE would give them anyway.

As I have said all along a stock like this could bring between 35%-50% on a good review. That places the PPS between $24 - $27. You may see that on a spike or on day two as a continuation but on day 1 I'm realistically looking for $22-$24.

  • josephanastasiw josephanastasiw Sep 4, 2014 9:32 PM Flag

First off you were the one that mentioned the $18 level and as far as being a rookie, well lets just say that what I know has made me some dough? As far as meds, I'm saving up for a case of Z to sell on the black market.

  • josephanastasiw josephanastasiw Sep 4, 2014 7:41 PM Flag

On the day, their will be over 20 million shares traded at least. Do you think they will all buy and sell at the $18 level. Are you new at this? Approval takes us up at least 30% and CRL (which is too late now to issue) would have dropped us close to 40%. No boring straight line with this one.

I really hope we get a short squeeze so everyone can think they called it. I am so sick of that word. I probably happens 1:100 times but of course we people invest they always think the next one will be THEIR stock, of course. Shorts don't do what they do to lose money. They have ways to hedge their bets to minimize their losses and maximize their gains. They know insiders, MM and inside traders that probably tip them off. We on the other hand invest one way and hope and pray. See the difference??

  • The shorts spike the PPS up on low volume when most people don't or can't trade. At the open, they drop it as low as they can and cover at the lower price all day. They are getting out at 100 share lots at a time. They still have millions to go and they won't make it. Pretty pathetic to watch them squirm. Every PM they run the price up and people get excited that this is the day. People we are at$18 for a reason because that's where the MM want the price to be going into approval. If we were getting rejected, they would let the PPS rise as high as it could go which would create an even better short position for some. Since they know the approval is locked up, they are controlling the upward momentum thus minimizing the losses due their friends real soon. Don't expect answer from FDA until Monday late afternoon. The FDA does not owe anyone anything and they will take their good ole time because they can. Next Tuesday is the real payday!

I don't think people really care how much money you make! You sound like an idiot right now. I don't care what the stock does because I will make money. You sound like a spoiled little brat. Here's a dollar to go away you vermin!

  • Maybe after approval this will be our new bottom so if you decide to take profits after the announcement, $18 will be the new buy in point. Just a thought

  • josephanastasiw josephanastasiw Sep 2, 2014 9:23 PM Flag

Look how many lots of 100 shares. Just a dead give away that shorts are selling to themselves, kinda a like playing with them selves. Haha

Why do we always have to guess! It's getting ridiculous all the stupid predictions on this board. They will all be wrong well except the one that's actually correct. Do something else with your time. You are too close to this one.

Not 100% sure but I think the NCE ruling comes post approval not with it. Most of the other bio techs I followed a while ago came 30 days to 6 months later. Maybe this will be different. Anything to ignite that short squeeze is good by me.

It was 90 days from the delay. That's where it came from!

  • josephanastasiw josephanastasiw Sep 1, 2014 10:55 AM Flag

Ah No. wrong again! Not on a holiday weekend. Would you want to work if you were the FDA? Think about it. Just think you now have a 1:4 chance of getting it right. Try your luck again, it's only a quarter. You will have a 25% chance of being wrong three of the four days this week. Be careful?
