Now, whether or not they have someone buy shares for them under a different name, that's a different story. The SEC will watch people that give market moving advice. That's like betting on your team to lose and you are the manager. Oh in a close game and up one, I've decide that my perfect closer is not feeling his best today and he will not pitch...damn we gave up the lead in the top of the 9th and we lost.

Regardless of what you or I think the article was timely. The market is tired, it's a friday and MNKD was due for a healthy pull back. One article takes away 10% just like that!. That's the life of a biotech investor and you need to have thick skin. Slow and steady days are better than these big upswings because they are always followed by corrections. Once a stock shows momentum the shorts start getting margin calls so the call their lackeys at SA and MF, have the write a twisted article, people sell off and they no longer have to close their margin now. Simple if you think about it.

If we gap up at the open higher than $4.49 than yes we go higher. If we open lower or less than $4.49, we go lower.

Hey racavelli, I saw on one of your posts I believe that you stated that as soon as a partner is announced for Zertane, AMPE will rise to $10. While that's a nice idea, what do you have to back that prediction up? If it makes sense, I may invest some more so I am not chalenging you, just asking.

Big Jake, you are rushing the NDA a bit don't you think. If you listened to the last CC Ron mentioned filing the NDA by the "END" of Q2/13, April is the "Beginning" if you didn't know that. Just saying. Sounds like they may be working on both applications together and will announce them a day apart at the end of June or early July to really screw with the shorts.

If we had no shorts following this stock Adam and the street would have no reason to write an opposing view to the recent FDA decision. That proves that since Adam did write a rebuttal and the PPS has responded negatively to it, the market is controlled by shorts! The street hopes that new people sell on the news so they can STEAL more share to short thus keeping negative pressure on the stock as long as possible. Let's see at the end of the day if we get another round of short covering that could propel us to the $5 level. If we sell off once again in the AH on low volume, it will mark the third strtaight day for this action. The SEC will be notified of this but I know nothing will be done so why bother. Adam F. is a guttless lackey for Cramer and works illegally for the shorts who are having a tough time of late across the board. If anyone has an e-mail address for Adam, I would love to send him some sweet noythings that he will never forget! Adam, you are a worthless piece of cow dung, you have no talent and are a little puppet at best. Cut yourself loose from "The Street" and write what you feel instead of what you arew told".

Shorts new this was coming because of the way they were covering the last two days. We break $5 today and close out the $3 range forever now. News like this will be steadily coming out every coulple of weeks because of all the trials they have going on. Upgrades and coverage initiations will also be coming soon. Should be in $6 range by end of Q2.

AH we are down big! Shorst were just covering at end of quarter since market is closed on Friday. We will be down $0.25 to $0.30 at opening next Monday.
