    Your English isn't very good
What nationality might you be sir or ?
I believe that you are a foreign paid short
Tell the truth.. Millions ? Twenty five millions ? Three millions?

And smart investors might make a typo but not over and over
So where are you located ?

Sometimes companies like yahoo are a bit annoying. As they won't allow me toput a paste in here of the Dendenver post article on appy from Monday please see below

As this test is based on specificity and its accurate neg predictive value ,controls are worthless. But after this much time, they should have been included. 100 controls is too small a number by the way ,and is meaningless regardless of the outcome. That's really the part that makes no sense.

i can just see the nerd with his colorful bow tie his wife picked out working with our tax money in the FDA asking for them to do this.

Now, go to stock twits and go to appy. You will see some moron whining ,but look at the post under Eschington. Copy and past it in browser and it's the article from the Denver Post in color. Yahoo for some equal stupid FDA policy I guess they have will not allowi us to easily transmit data by submitting websites.

Go figure.. They too were a 20 dollar stock for 10 yrs .

Don't clearly see any logic here . Now,while I wish to move forward I dont see it presently nor do the paucity of people not trading shares traded inthis very thinly traded issue. If more people agreed with you I think that trading volume would me more then one large trade a day.

I think though that there is allot of air between those lines you are reading into.Nothing more. The issues could be over labeling packaging more data etc etc etc. if appy wasnt vomiting financials on Monday would the CEO be having this meeting? What if the quarter wasnt until September ? Would he even have this conference?
I fear not the best news from him on semi solid financials, but I like your pie in the sky attitude.
As Stephen king said everything is eventual.

maybe you should ask this astute investor .......who will disagree with you. Based on their comment she/ he feels that partying in the Hamptons is better use of your money

Reply .You're right. Appy should dedicate a good portion of its employees and budget to keep you informed up to the minute with the latest but because they will not, you should sell and move on, which will be really good for you and us.

    Sentiment: Hold

    Ok binford2000
Tell me dad should we just sit around and wonder what the FDA wanted what they need what the company didn't submit correctly while the stock sits around like the terd you are?
Press releases to keep the stockholder informed cost as much as ou pay in taxes a week.
Oh excuse me partying in Montalk was free for appy .
By the way binford 2000 who is us? Do you belong to a special appy swat team?

These small biotech co are run like the airlines.

    Flight time to leave 130pm
    129pm no plane atthe gate.

Excuse me what time is the plane leaving?
130 just like the sign says sir.
    Are you sure?
That's what the sign says sir.

Lack of communication to the public transcends that dysfunctionality and obvious bad business practice within the individual company no matter what their product.

    Seriously are u bored?
I come here every few days and you are like some mom telling her children to wear a sweater because you are old and cold..you are like a friggin soap opera.
Stop telling people what to do. You nor I nor anyone knows what is to happen. The best you can do is be 50 percent right or 50 percent wrong. Allot of people it seems have ridden this pony for four years they have emotional and financial ownership and you are just #$%$ them off.
My suggestion. Put all your money on red even and go away

It goes down great use the charts, buy it at the bottom, Biff

Why raise capital if good news is just around the corner?

Because ,they have to market the product, that's why. It takes a nationwide effort allot of cash and allot of people who are rich will who buy convertible notes etc etc etc I doubt they are to going dilute at this point to raise cash.

Why would a company located in the West have a meeting on the end of Long Island? The Ritz Laguna Nigel is closer and nicer-is near LA (money) . Maybe the CEO has ties to the Eastern LI area- who knows

Furthermore, if this is a party and they are inviting investors for launch- They have to tell them something-right? They just cant send out invitations without reason- right? So they would have assembled a wealthy bunch of insiders with invite with hush hush positive news -Right? If so, then why advertise it in the first place-they already have the captive audience -Right?

If its negative news, who would come?

Maybe they just want to party on stock money.

Entire thing makes no logical sense.

July 9 is Wednesday .strange day for a meeting , Thre no events scheduled at gurneys inn in montalk .No news in Hamptons meetings.
It is a meeting for rich investors. If the company has enough cash to weather a delay from the FDA , then this is a meeting to gain money for marketing. I for one believe they are telling you they know outcome
And they wouldnt invite rich investors on a wednesday far from nyc if it weren't good news.

The knicks , mets , jets , rangers , and fm radio were winners in 1969.
Something to be proud of . So why short change yourself 1969?
Why didn't you say roughly a third
    Sound like a winner .
