My take on RQI. It now is a good time to buy. In 2008 it was over $20.00 a share. Then it dove along with other stocks. Now its $7.90. Look at the upswing potential plus dividends. Looks like it's worth the risk. Good management & experience & portfolio.

The big dividend we're going to receive shows us how much cash they have from dividends they have received. They must pay out. I'm not worried. As the nations recover this stock & divends will grow.

I belive we're of course going back to these numbers that is why I love this stock. I 'm not just hyping it, but believe yhis is a good stock to own and build up.

Not trying to hype this stock, but feel this is a good GLOBA syock to be owning at this time. Good management and portifolo.

The just published semi annual report sows the company is on the move up with a great deal of diversification. Management will increase dividends and a great year end distribution. This is a long term hold for increased profit & dividends. Just keep buying and adding.
