That Chang is better off seperating himself completly from Dr. K, Dr. S and Viaspace?

Sure he could walk away with the rights to GKG through VGE and take those shares which he has to file a 1099 pay taxes etc, and then operate the IPA business/GKG business on his own, which if you recall was nothing before VSPC came into the picture. As much as some want to dis Dr. K for all his conferences and presentations, that really did get GKG on the map worldwide and companies interested in doing business with Viaspace and Dr. K NOT CHANG! Chang may think he can have his cake and eat it too, but he'll just go back to his roots that was barely feeding his family & it sounds like he has a large one to feed. If he breaks his ties with Dr. K/VSPC he looses business!!! Dr. K his a very smart man, VSPC will continue, if he has to change the model slightly and find a different fuel/alternative to GKG I'm confident he can do it. If your panicking like some posters on this "special place board" want you too and unloading, I think it's premature. Dr. S. would not invest so much if he didn't believe there was something to this company VSPC. He's clearly said he's ready to cut ties with chang if that's what it takes and continue with VSPC and in my opinion he'll make it happen.

Goodluck to all, it's not like we haven't been waiting patiently let's just be patient a little more.

  • said VIASPACE CEO Dr. Carl Kukkonen. "Together, we are developing the capability for local propagation of Giant King Grass for a large-scale plantation. We will be returning on a regular basis to the location to ensure its success. This is a large bioenergy project that is expected to bring significant revenue to VIASPACE, so we are giving it our highest priority."

I have a big smile on my face. I've seen this before the sp drops, bashers come out like crazy, you got hedgie and his aliases increasing the frequency of his non sense...
Looks like we are just weeks if not day's for the news we have all been waiting for!!! Then it's off to the Bio-races! .0001 not happening when you have profits from IPA (remember last quarters report? Hedgie?) IMHO
Longs, stay on top of the regs oversees, europe, china & thailand that's where our business will most likely be in the beginning AND this is just the beginning!!! GLTA

I hear you on the personal attacks, that's why I don't post to often I just read, observe and continue my dd.You know I had forgotton about that animal feed avenue...your right, why is that not already producing some profits for VSPC? You would think that's an easy sell. Sometimes I think VSPC is still so small they just don't have enough manpower to do all those little things/but important that it takes to sell a product. I think the first thing that's going to move this will be a contract with DP or maybe even someone we don't know about, just my opinion, I mean jmho sorry I forget texting jargon. I hope on the next qrtly. we continue to see profits from the framed arts, hopefully green logs is making some profit even though not sure this time of year is great for log sells. You know if they had more distributors to get that product in the market I think it could lead to many more things. Think if every Wal-Mart, Home Depot and the rest carry Green Logs the recognition alone should draw attention to their other business. That the thing though with us lowly investors we don't know what going to happen, so we continue to wait and dream. I finally priced down to .01 a share after selling a few when it spiked to .04. Been adding at or below a penny for sometime now. Hope it all works out for us. Patients hard but valuable! :) Nice talking with Rick, have a great weekend. Hopefully I speak to you again, I'll be around.

Yeah sorry about that Rick...I think what I was referring two has been in some of the press releases. Meaning they have different plans to implement use of GKG. 1 was to sell the end user the rights and provide seedlings and consulting for a negociated price. That means the plant/end user would have to have land available to grow and process GKG. The other would be like the process they have already started in the domincan where end users purchase pellets directly from VSPC and we ship them to the location. If I recall they also mentioned selling GKG to process into biofuels. So yeah your right still some specific questions to be worked out...which is what I think is happening as we speak. Once those little details are ironed out we should see contracts & a lot of them! That presentation did remind me that dedicated energy crops will provide more incentives than wood pellets...which is another plus GKG has (dedicated energy crop). I've been a long for years as well...so best of luck to us!

    Very Exciting indeed!

  • Hedge with all this momentum & MOU's I don't think VUK has to wait 7mnths...I think VUK made an excellent decision...& might want to double up after all. Maybe you should quit worrying who's Karl going to hire and what VUK's position is...& worry about what your position is and what your doing here. jmho!

Thoughts on the last PR news update

    by brightside4me May 12, 2011 12:46 AM
    jphershey21 jphershey21 May 12, 2011 8:44 PM Flag

My only problem with this PR is the part...and I'm not taking this per word from the PR where it say's the current DP plants in are in the North and it's too far to ship...I sure hope that this because of the terrain or shipping/freight cost is abnormal...because of we have to litteraly have a plantation next to a power plant that could cause some issues with expansion of GKG in the future couldn't it?

I'm an investor in VSPC just a question/concern not bashing. Thanks for you opinion in advance.

So what does this proposed acquisition mean to IGR stockholders? I'm a small time investor and not sure what this means should I be worried or happy...any help is greatly appreciated. I've been investing in this stock for 3 years.

    Thanks again in advance! JPH

I haven't posted or even kept up with this board for a good 3 months...sadly I haven't missed anything. I'm still holding just over 200k shares patiently waiting for something to happen. I'm sticking to my origional plan of holding till 2012. I think Dr. K knows what he is doing...Viaspace holds the majority of DMFC Patents & is working this deal out with Chang...I think Chang didn't realize the potential GKG has until Dr. K came around....now Chang is playing hard ball after Dr. K opened his eyes. I believe Dr. K will resolve this deal and GKG will be the money maker for us. Not sure why but the DMFC stuff just never came around...possibly the OEMs are waiting for the economy to come back around...looking for some good quarterly reports to pull the trigger...just don't know. Still is good to see you are diligently following this company Rod...when I check in on this board I just need to read your post to get caught up...Thanks! Goodluck hopefully your right it would be nice to see some .03's!

Johnny Cash was born in 1923 in Kingsland, Arkansas

Glen Campbell was born in 1936. This Delight, AR

Billy Bob Thornton is a native of Hot Springs

    Mark Martin
Martin is a NASCAR driver. This Batesville native began his career on the multiple dirt tracks around Arkansas, then earned his fame in the Winston Cup Series.

    William Jefferson Clinton
Bill Clinton served as 42nd President, and was elected to two terms of office (1992 and 1996). Clinton was born in Hope, Arkansas and raised in Hot Springs.

    Sam Walton
Walton began life as a Newport native. He then moved to Arkansas and founded infamous retail store Wal-Mart.

Out of this list I would go with Johnny Cash as a legend. Come on EVFL imagine the entire staff dressed in black with Folsum Prison playing on the intercom...I would think DM would at least go for the song choice! :) Good Luck All!

As long as they don't authorize more shares & continue on with the "Plan" it will pay off...your forgeting the Washington State Grant they recieved & the Moses Lake plant that should...yes I said should...be online in 6 to 7 months. Bottom friggin line is there's not one! Stay in or move on...wish you luck!
