I was pleasantly surprised, however they did not go out beyond Jan. and I believe they usually do state the dividend more than one month at a time if comfortable with the financials they see. I think ARR will slowly turn the tied and see the stock price and book value going slightly higher in the next 6 months.
I'm miffed by the move down also, there is no rational explanation, maybe ETF's or Health Care Index funds are trading today due to liquidation needs and pressure the stock down??? Anyone have any ideas??
