Regrose58, thanks for posting good stuff and your price target opinions. I have recently ramped up my shares to new levels, putting strong faith behind this company. A 4-bagger from these levels works fine for me and I'm sure all others here. From few posters would I take this seriously but do agree with your optimism. Didn't Dr. Kim get it totally right with his timing of the recent offering? He's a genius, now INO has a strong war chest and today the prospects of as good a cash raise would be laughable. Even the R/S may come in handy, just in case you know? I'm ok with it, have huge trust in his judgement. See you at $12! Jr.

Balanced summary! INO did hold up very well, it was eventful week, and I was fortunate to be able to increase my position by 50% on the weakness presented. Going to be a fine year people, I am least concerned here.

  • The winds whipped all about us today, and temperatures dropped to around 12, some Sherpas had to drop back to pick up some stragglers, but by late afternoon we were all gathered together, confident in our abilities, safe from the elements, and knowing our strengths. We are braced for the assault on the summit but a long ways to go, and enough supplies to see us to the top! We will climb on together, roped and fully equipped, to claim the summit. If you can commit to making the 30,000 summit attempt with this elite team, give me your thumbs up and sign on below.

MDR, I don't know you, but saw where another poster gave you high regards when speaking about your character and stock picking prowess. In one short post here today, you have made a memorable impression of how one can hit the bulls eye in achieving new lows in conduct to others. I congratulate you for your success in investing and give you my strongest message board vote for a most convincing demonstration of poor character. Now get lost and don't show yourself again on this board!

    Close $3.49

I sold some shares of another stock today to add a couple thousand more shares here, did it late in the day though, wish I'd done it early in the day, but the point is I now view the risk/reward of INO as higher than one in which I'd held a large stake last year, and have mostly tailed off my position. So, added 2,000 more shares at 3.44 with 9 minutes left in the trading day, and was pleased to see it close a nickel higher! Now holding 25K shares here, long and strong!

Very strong performance this week, after all the concern over R/S nonsense, there is a ground swell of people who want shares and they're going to own shares whatever they do with the R/S. This stock has legs. I think the chart is setting up for a move to $5 by the end of May, anyone here see what I see? I've added 10,000 shares in the last week, whenever it dipped. Now I consider my position fully loaded. My year end target is $10, based on present share count. Good luck people, gonna be fun!

I added 8000 shares last two days, before it rallied on the 27th, and after it dropped today. Now hold 27,200 and looking for huge multiple on my investment! R/S is a case of mind game or fake out. Should not adversely affect us IMO.

  • Remember that HZNP is Specialty Pharma, not Biotech as we know it. We don't have to worry about clinical trial outcomes, novel chemicals, or safety issues of our well established products. We don't have R & D like biotech development companies, we run leaner. We do have to be guarded about protecting our intellectual property as there will be challenges from time to time on our patent portfolio when generic developers want in. We have to monitor our competitiveness as regards other products established or introduced, and we have to watch our pricing and insurance coverages. TW & Company are keeping all this understood at a very high level. The recent down draft in the biotech and healthcare sector has no doubt affected our share price, but to the extent that it continues to bring pressure on biotechs, we have our growth trajectory with near term profitability unlike the others who haven't the earnings picture we do. I know it seems obvious, but it is a distinction that will differentiate and protect us should things get real bearish in the broad market. We are in the right place at the right time.

The biggest showing of reddies in a long while, they must be feeling emboldened or scared, but counting a high of 23 reddies on a post, that means they think having 23 people here is going to make a difference in the price of the stock, they've got a lot to learn. Didn't they see how it rallied into the close? That says to me we are going to have a strong session tomorrow. Added 5,000 today at 2.91. That fills my position up for now, let 'er rip, tear up those reddies!

I disagree. Baker Brothers don't always get it right. They sold out, closed their position just last month, in CYTR just before CYTR announced the clinical trial results for Aldoxorubicin that catapulted their shares from $2.30 to $6.25 and that was a wrong call! Their portfolio is over $1 trillion and they hold over 70 positions. They may view their positions much differently than you, and not adding cannot be misconstrued as a negative portrayal of their position in IDRA.

  • We have built a nice base this time around, so not likely we'll see volatility again around this level. Once we punch through that ceiling, we are not likely going back.

Agreed, technical indicators pointing up, great support in this new consolidated trading area, since forming a new base after the AF generated (thank you AF) buying opportunity. Seriously longs, we can't go straight up, we needed a consolidation, and he gave it to us. Sorry for those who fell out, you need to learn to be strong and buy during these dips, not sell! I added shares, now my position is bigger than ever, and I am going to add shares in the morning to my kid's accounts because the next pause and base will be $2.90-$3.00 before we leave the $2.'s behind. Go INO!

  • The 2's were challenging, and I predict the 3's will fall much faster and with less volatility. The maturity of this Company is taking place, they rang the opening bell of the NYSE on the 12th, our CEO is world renowned and gaining in his reputation, ROCHE is our partner, well COOP has stated and most of you know the story so I won't repeat it here. Congrats to those longs here who held through the gyrations and this is only the beginning! Good luck to my fellow longs.

Sure has been great being here vs ATRS these past months. Having great time here in Puerto Vallarta and seeing our adolescent take up in strength. People are loading shares before Thursday's anticipated beat. It's getting exciting! $15 is now a very realistic level to reach yet this week, 6 weeks ahead of where PB had conservatively projected us to be (by May...correct?). What a stock, what a board! Much appreciated.

    The Insider Status...

    by hiflier_1 Apr 14, 2014 11:58 PM

In four straight weeks of evaporated share value the stock is now 28% lower from 3.75 per share, and management is painfully aware of the embarrassing drop below the recent offering price (7.9%). What follows in the weeks ahead? Our new market dynamic is to reward either earnings or high innovation with outperformance in a respective field, leading to huge downstream revenues. That is Innovio personified, we are setting the bar for the next paradigm shift in vaccines and cancer therapies. The Company is in the spotlight, but there's a huge stake being held against INO's success, think of all the therapies that INO's innovation threatens, and their resources. Keep the long term vision, we are moving further into a testing phase with shares under pressure.

I added today but misjudged the timing badly, paid 3.29 this morning for 5,000 shares, now holding 20K shares. Best stock by far on my screen is HZNP, up $0.59 or nearly 4%. It's going to $40 this year, been my biggest winner by far. Good luck INO holders! Long and strong INO.

Have you got any reason to believe this is something XON has expressed official interest in, or is it a private fantasy of yours? If the latter, then your post is nothing but a distraction unless you come back to this thread and tell us that you have spoken to investor relations about your idea, and gotten assurance that they will add it to their upcoming agenda. I like the idea, just want them to also say they like it before we get all amped up here on YMB.

SEC.gov, top right of page click company filings, put in ticker symbol in right margin, for stock you want to view, and their filings will come up. It is the Preliminary 14A proxy for the annual shareholder's meeting scheduled for May 22nd, mentioned in agenda items, item #3. Posted on the 27th. Now that you know, you should go to the INO website and register your email to be alerted for updates to their filings. That way you don't need to ask, you can inform others.

Was a good day to add to a long position for sure and was thinking about how this downdraft may have been just for you to get back into your calls. The timing was right, the standing order was where you got hit. Just know that the rest of us got smacked around pretty good today, at least on paper. When these days present themselves, one has to stick to his vision, keep the eye on the prize, and not be sucked across the line by the market vortex. Today almost everything went on sale, we weren't singled out, but on a % basis, we got hit pretty hard. Looking forward to next update by TW, and the Q1 call, but hopefully he'll offer an update beforehand. Holding steady in the meantime. This is where we earn our money, isn't it?
